I can see here that you have already received assistance from our Customer Support agents, and you have already received your reshipment in another size - but it seems that the replacement sneakers still did not fit you comfortably.

Indeed, our Hypersoft Sneakers have 5cm heels to boost height. The soft heel bubble is also supposed to absorb shock while providing a stable walking surface on any terrain. However, we understand that everyone has different needs, and our product may not always be the best choice for everyone.

Bought Hypersoft Sneakers at the inflated price of $79.99. I don’t even know how I ended up on the My Nuve site after seeing commercials on TV. for these shoes. Guaranteed to fit or they send you another pair absolutely free. STILL WAITING!!! The exact same shoe sells all over online for 29.99 even Amazon! Multiple emails unanswered at this point and at first they tried to tell me to send the shoes back at my expense and I could get a 40% refund!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I cannot review the product I purchased tell as I ordered the wrong size and am in a very cumbersome process of a “return”…but they don’t take returns; they want you to replace the item. The website claims “easy returns “; not sure what is easy about it. You have to contact customer support before doing a return.

My first pair of shoes were fantastic. Now I am shocked & looking out for others. Wanted to share my experience. This is becaus I made the mistake and decided I wanted more. I have not been able to get my order or refunded. DO NOT do business with this company. If you want to throw your money away, send it your favorite charity. I went to file a report with PayPal, because now their website comes up as broken. :-(

They are a terrible company. They do not have a number for customer service. I sent my purchased items back and they want give me my refund. Please, if you order from an online vendor, check the reviews first. I learned my lesson. I will never order from here again. I lost $150.00.

Poor Customer Service--No Refund as Promised…

Received a reply from Mynuve that they would refund my purchase. It has now been over 8 days, no refund.
Still looking for a refund of 129.95. I have sent over 6 emails with no response. Do not do business with this company. I have been trying to get a refund since January 22, 2023. Today is February 8, 2023.

I purchased a pair of Hypersoft shoes

I purchased a pair of Hypersoft shoes; I was excited and looking forward to these 'comfortable' shoes; in fact it felt like something (the bubble) was digging into my heel; the shoes also had a surprisingly high heel. I returned the shoes - with difficulty, as the return process and address not easy to find or navigate. Whilst my post said, "yes delivered" - I was questioned/doubted. Not at all happy.

MyNuve and Baerskin Hoodies

MyNuve and Baerskin Hoodies? Read on- Ordered 4 hoodies on 10-30-2022 paid 344.80 total. Got an auto-email saying order was received. Heard nothing until 11-17-2022 when I received
2nd email they were sending product from China! I thought was made in America or Europe! From 10-30 to 11-17 2022 I was concerned.
Called phone number for Baerskin listed on Better Business Bureau. Called twice. second time waited for 30 minutes. No response. Could not
contact company thru several emails to cancel order. No response. On Nov 18th got an email from MyNuve saying order was shipped?? Who is MyNuve?
I tried to email back to stop order. Finally got an answer on Nov28th saying I couldn't cancel order it was already shipped. I received product on Nov30.
I shipped back next day unopened and emailed MyNuve telling them so. Got an auto email Dec6th asking how I liked product!! When I answered I had send
product back unopened I was contacted Dec7 asking where. When I said I had returned to sender, I got this email back from MyNuve-------
thank you for your email.
It is stated in our Terms on the website (Section 13) that we can only accept packages if sent to the address we provide, and if they have been pre-paid.
Therefore unfortunately we are not able to assist you any further in this matter, we are sorry for this inconvenience.

talk about a slow boat from where ever these hoodies were shipped from...took a month to get here ...I could have bought these from Amazon for half the price I paid these jokers...Zippers on the wrong size ..ordered two different sizes..got 2 the same size..Lesson learned ..Check other sources before ordering from this place..you'll save lots of money and aggravation...

Regarding the zipper on the left side, we are glad to let you know that our product is designed in Europe, where zippers are usually placed on that side, which is why it might seem a bit unusual.

No complaints or concerns…

I have no complaints or concerns regarding my purchase. Placed my order on Jan 4/23 & item was delivered Jan 14/23. The shoes were well packaged.

The shoes are great, very comfortable & exactly as advertised on the website.

One thing that could use a little "tweeking" is the tracking status. I found that it lagged a bit. Otherwise very satisfied.

Utterly appalling customer service...

Took almost a month for the shoes to arrive. Too big so emailed as to how to exchange for smaller size. Absolutely no response whatsoever. The worst customer service I've experienced. DON'T BUY FROM THEM EVER! All they want is your money and to make it impossible for you to either exchange or get a refund. Never come across an online retailer as bad as this one.

SCAM 3 pairs - WRONG SIZE SCAM!!!

I ordered 3 pairs of sneakers. After waiting for over a month, they sent out the wrong size. Since the size was not marked on the shoes and I am a very busy person, I put them in my closet until I was ready to wear them during the holidays. On their website it says that if the shoes don't fit or are not the right for you to give them away and that they would send them out again. Well, when I contacted them I was told that it was too late (after a few weeks not even 30 days went by) to get them exchanged or my money refunded. I never even wore them or tried them on because they sent the wrong size to begin with. I am starting to think that they mixed up my package with the other person on here that received her sneakers that were too big, bc mine were way too small. What is sad is that I was so excited when I saw them that I would have bought a bunch more of these...this company is really stupid! They jipped me out of over $200.THEY ARE A SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am going to contact my bank to reverse these charges bc I have the emails to prove that they sent out the wrong item took forever and that I contact them within a couple of weeks to correct the situation.

Indeed, as a general rule, we allow exchanges and returns if a customer contacts us within 14 days of receiving the product. This is publicly stated under the "Our return policy" section of our website. Please note that we only count the days starting from the delivery date up to the date the customer first contacts us regarding their request for exchange. The date of our first response will not be taken into account.

In your case, it seems that your products were delivered last 11-04-22. However, you first contacted us regarding the size issue last 11-21-22.

Of course, customer satisfaction is our priority, which is why we offer options for returns and free exchanges in the first place. However, we hope you understand that companies like ours have put policies in place to avoid abuse and to protect our business as well. We assume that customers have already determined whether the products are the right fit for them or if they wish to return it within 14 days of receiving the product.
