Not worth it
First of all, I have to say that the prices advertised on their website are very misleading. In reality, the cost of sending a parcel ends up being double what is initially quoted.
The process is also much slower than expected. You drop off your parcel at one of their partner locations, which are often small retail stores where the owner sells other products and also accepts parcels and creates shipping labels. After drop-off, the parcel can sit there for a week or more before it is actually picked up and enters the shipping network.
Once shipped, the transit time is extremely slow. My parcel travelled from Edmonton to Calgary, then to Toronto before being sent to Europe. After finally arriving in Europe, it has been sitting at the airport in Poland for several days with no updates or movement.
What makes the experience even more frustrating is the lack of customer support. Their customer service team is unresponsive and provides little to no useful information when inquiries are made.
I was originally told that delivery would take 10–15 business days, but my parcel has now been in transit by air for nearly a month and is still not delivered. Overall, I am very disappointed with the service. In hindsight, it would have been worth paying more to use Canada Post, as at least I could expect a much more reliable and professional shipping experience.

I live in France, my mother tongue is Russian.
I did not use Meest until yet.
I called their office in the US and politely asked (in English!), may I speak Russian or not. The reason why I did ask was a strong Russian(?) Ukrainian(?) accent of the agent. N.B.: their web site uses that language, too. The agent was very rude and disconnected.
Thanks, Meest. After reading other reviews I probably got lucky. Never again.
Package stuck, no way to contact them
Not sure what's this site but seller refers to this page for tracking a package.
1) It's stuck somewhere for 2 weeks
2) Submitting a query just does not work. (Everything is filled and tried multiple browsers, but the button doesn't trigger anything)
Very bad
Very bad, terrible, do NOT use this company. Shipped iPhone worth $2600 and somehow suddenly disappeared and meest don't have any idea where it is.
Do not use it sometime cheap does not mean it is good

Very negative experience with Meest
Very negative experience with Meest. The company transfers parcels to third parties (for example, Ukrposhta) and then effectively removes responsibility. In my case, the parcel shows as “ready for pickup” in the Meest system, but it was never actually delivered and is missing from the post office. The local carrier confirms this, but the seller (Temu) relies only on Meest’s tracking data.
This is a common issue for international shipments — Meest hands parcels over to local partners and does not take responsibility for the final delivery. Their terms are structured to protect the company, not the customer. I strongly advise caution when using their services.

Майже 3 місяці доставки через Meest Shopping / Meest Express — мій найгірший досвід міжнародної доставки.
Перед оформленням замовлення я звернувся на гарячу лінію Meest, де мене запевнили, що у разі будь-яких питань або труднощів клієнт отримає повний супровід на кожному етапі доставки. На практиці довелося самостійно контролювати весь процес і постійно звертатися до служби підтримки, щоб отримати хоч якусь інформацію.
16.01.2026 я оформив замовлення через сервіс Meest Shopping (послуга викупу товару).
Номер замовлення: MYCV066863797FR.
Станом на зараз посилка лише має прибути найближчими днями. Фактичний термін доставки — майже 3 місяці з моменту оформлення.
Коротка хронологія статусів замовлення:
16.01.2026 — оформлення замовлення, 23.01.2026 — відправлено, після чого посилка більше місяця перебувала у статусах митного оформлення, і лише 10.03.2026 передана на доставку. Повну історію статусів дивіться на скріншотах.
Зауважу, що на території України частина логістики здійснювалася СП «РОСАН»,
В процесі комунікації Meest та СП «РОСАН» перекладали один на одного відповідальність.
Коли мене перенаправили до СП «РОСАН» для з’ясування питання, я отримав грубу і непривітну відповідь по телефону, від якої одразу перехотілося продовжувати спілкування, проте саме Meest Express несла відповідальність за терміни доставки та супровід клієнта.
Основні проблеми:
Відсутність супроводу та необхідність самостійно контролювати процес.
Стандартні відповіді без конкретики та повна невизначеність термінів доставки.
Підсумок:
Майже 3 місяці очікування посилки з Європи — і Meest Shopping / Meest Express абсолютно не цікавила ця затримка.
Жалкую, що не скористався Нова Пошта / NP Shopping — доставка була б значно швидшою і менш стресовою.
Для тих, хто очікує прозору і адекватно швидку доставку, цей сервіс категорично не рекомендую!
Absolute ZERO-star-WORSE LOGISTIC
If there were a ZERO-star option, MEEST should get it.
People sitting in there have absolutely ZERO knowledge, no commitment.
We paid for doorstep delivery of a 154-lb shipment. Now its on receiver to PICK up at their cost again-double.
They took the money with an assurance that they will provide delivery service for which they charged HUGE, then did NOT deliver to the door, rather handed over to local logistics and washing off their hands that we cannot help. NO research whom to handover where there are many private companies in town to deliver at door, but they want to save that cost, did NOT refund portion of their SERVICE NOT GIVEN, and did NOT take responsibility for breaking their own agreement.
Once payment is collected, MEEST completely disappears. No accountability. No ownership. No solution. Just excuses and silence.
This company operates with total disregard for customers, provides false service promises, and shows zero professionalism when things go wrong.
Absolutely unreliable. Completely unethical. Shockingly incompetent.
Hands down the WORST logistics company out there. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy wasting money and dealing with stress.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my interaction with this company. The package from Amazon was delivered on December 18, arrived in Ukraine on January 6, and has been awaiting customs clearance ever since. When I tried to resolve the issue through customer support, they told me to resolve all issues with the customs broker ROSAN on my own, saying that it was not within their competence, and hung up on me. It is impossible to discuss this attitude with management. Perhaps it would have been better to choose another contractor or at least take care of their customers. After 8 years of successful deliveries, I am forced to switch to their direct competitor.
Parcel delivered to wrong person – insured shipment, no refund yet
My parcel was delivered by GLS to a wrong person.
GLS Italy officially confirmed a signature dispute (disconoscimento firma)
and opened case N4236110.
The shipment was insured and the service was fully paid.
GLS confirmed that only the sender (MEEST) must open the insurance claim.
Despite this, MEEST has been delaying the resolution for weeks,
redirecting responsibility instead of issuing a refund or providing a clear timeline.
No delivery was made to me and no signature of mine exists.
Still waiting for a proper resolution.

Good, fast delivery from UK to Ukraine
I sent a parcel from the UK to Ukraine. I was a little apprehensive after reading the reviews, but it arrived in 10 days and in great condition. Last year, the Royal Mail parcel took over a month to arrive and was late for Christmas, so this time we sent it early, and... it arrived too early, even before December 1st)). A polite courier picked up the parcel from home and for the final leg in Ukraine, I chose Nova Post. Everything was great, thank you!

Too bad I didn`t read reviews about meest shipping before, at least what to expect. Anyways i got my parcel, but timing took forever with that they cheat you telling 10-15 business days and after they are saying, no it`s 10-15 b days when parcel arrives to main office and so on... Even with that if to count from arrival to main office, that no one said before it still shoved up couple weeks later
Boxes late, damaged, and contents destroyed.
I sent five boxes from Canada to London internationally with Meest. They arrived three weeks later than stated, battered and squashed, and the contents were damaged or destroyed. I exchanged several emails with customer service, but ultimately, they did nothing. Nada. Zilch. Use a different company if you value your property. Because Meest certainly don't.
Disaster
Any of my deliveries arrived to my address. All the times I have to look for it and change delivery address to the local post office finally. They are the worst delivery service ever.
Was scammed and got no help
So shortly I didn’t get all some of my items and was charged more because they put a stack of paper in my package, I contacted the support team though the app, website and email for many months, but only once I got an answer. Nobody helped me, if u don’t wanna lose your money then don’t use their services.

Very slow and bad services. Don’t trust Meest! I sent my parcel from Kitchener, Canada to Punjab, India on July 23, 2025. Tracking shows “delivered” on August 8, but my family never received it. I have been complaining again and again, but no one is helping me or giving me a proper solution. How can Meest mark a parcel as delivered without proof—no signature, no photo, nothing? This feels like fraud.
Worst experience ever. I regret choosing Meest and will never use them again. Next time I will go with DHL. Please don’t waste your money and trust on Meest.
Long delivery, not responsible
I have been waiting for a parcel from Great Britain to Ukraine for more than a month. Due to a logistical error, the parcel has been rolling around Ukraine for a month. The company does not bear any responsibility, they say "we delivered it to customs, our powers are over". I have never had such a negative experience with any company.
felony scam
I shipped a package from the US to Ukraine on July 5th, since their website advertises "4 - 5 weeks delivery time."
Meest claims they did not even receive my parcel until July 18th (when they finally created a tracking number for it). Their office assured me they'd comp it to air freight because of the mistake. They then shipped it by FedEx GROUND (the slowest shipper available) to a hub in New Jersey. After four days it got there, and then waited three more days before the website started to read "shipped from New Jersey."
No update for a week.
After repeated unanswered inquiries I was told it had been placed on a ship (so much for the promised upgrade) and that it would be arriving in Europe in 4 - 6 weeks FROM THE TIME IT WAS SHIPPED, and then would arrive in Ukraine 2 - 4 weeks later.
Assuming Meest does not screw up even further, this will result in a parcel that was shipped on July 5th, reaching Ukraine some time in early October.
I have informed the United States Department of Commerce that Meest is a smuggling operation with ties to a foreign government, illegally operating in the US under falsely advertised premises and will be following up with appropriate federal investigative bodies.
Fraud
I created a shipment on the Meest website — the system showed the price as $25. Simple enough: pay, print the label, and ship. Or so I thought.
Instead, Meest suddenly disabled the option to print the label myself, forcing me to go to a nearby office. There, I was told the price was now $54. Why? The staff couldn’t provide a clear answer. First, they said “that’s just how the system works.” Then they claimed the website shows only an “estimated” price — though this is never mentioned anywhere on the site.
I ended up in a situation where Meest offered me a service at one price — then prevented me from using it, only to demand nearly double the cost. That’s a textbook bait-and-switch, and yes — it’s illegal in the United States.
Customer support sends vague, copy-pasted replies and ignores the actual issue.
I used to trust Meest. Sadly, I won’t be using their services again — and I strongly suggest others read the fine print and consider better alternatives.
