Lost my parcel and refused to return the money

Meest Shopping lost my parcel and refused to provide a proper refund.
My package arrived at their warehouse but was never dispatched. After a long delay and multiple follow-ups, they confirmed that the shipment was lost.
Instead of returning the money, they credited the amount (€80) only to my internal account balance and refused to transfer it externally, despite repeated requests.
This is not an acceptable resolution. I did not receive my parcel and I am now forced to use their service again just to access my own money.
Customer service stopped being helpful once the compensation was issued, and their final response was simply that their decision “remains unchanged”.
Very poor handling of a lost shipment and unfair refund policy. I would not recommend using this service.

Parcel delivered to wrong person – insured shipment, no refund yet

My parcel was delivered by GLS to a wrong person.
GLS Italy officially confirmed a signature dispute (disconoscimento firma)
and opened case N4236110.

The shipment was insured and the service was fully paid.
GLS confirmed that only the sender (MEEST) must open the insurance claim.

Despite this, MEEST has been delaying the resolution for weeks,
redirecting responsibility instead of issuing a refund or providing a clear timeline.

No delivery was made to me and no signature of mine exists.
Still waiting for a proper resolution.

Beware

I honestly don’t know whether this company is a scam or simply a completely non-functional and non-service-oriented business.

Opening an account was easy, and I received a U.S. shipping address. I sent a package there, and it was delivered successfully by USPS. However, from that point on, everything fell apart.

The website interface is broken. There is no way to see that my package arrived, no option to register it manually, and no way to complete or close an order. Things simply do not work, and there are no error messages or explanations.

I emailed two different support addresses I found, no response from either. I also opened a technical support ticket through the website, which has been completely ignored.

After I posted this they suddenly answered my requests but eventually, after multiple back and forth messages in which they admitted that the shoes are at their warehouse they told me they returned it to the sender via DHL since "the address is not theirs" which is really a very not smart lie. So - my money is gone, DHL confirmed no one returned the package, the original sender did not get it. I wouldn't say this besinees meest is a fruad it is just run by complete incapable amateurs - their customer service is so not professional they actually don't realize how everything in their website is broken. The worst experience you can expect from any service provider.

Wouldn't recommend

Wouldn't recommend. Been waiting for my shipment for a month now. Their website indicates 1-2 weeks. No response from customer service despite multiple follow ups on What's App and on their website, no way to track either. I feel like I have been scammed now.
