I’ve ticked some box without read properly, and then they called to me telling me my time to sign the letter that they would sent me expired and then I should pay their fees.
Absurd!
They didn’t work for me!!!
I had not any service and then they charged me and call me everyday abusing me to pay if not they will take legal action!

I agree with the other comments! Disgusting conpany. Communication is terrible, until they hound you at least 5 times a day attempting to get fees back TWO YEARS later!!! Not only that they didn't even manage to get the claim money for me but still demanded payment for the 'work' they put in! Absolute scammers and would not want anyone to go through the same thing! We used them for a claim for a Virgin flight which was unsuccessful.
We received a letter from them acknowledging this and with the request to continue the claim with the Aviation ADR, but for this we had to sign a new form >> we did not sign this form as we did not want to continue the process...
response we got from them being unsuccessful at the first instance...

Dodgy company
They cover their backs by saying they don’t start work unless you have signed their terms and conditions but who ever reads pages and pages of T&C’s? It is a small check box on their website that you have to press otherwise you aren’t allowed to proceed to the next page so of course you are going to click it.
Also, someone could go onto their website now and all they need to know is somebody else’s home address and begin to enter details which are not their own and the victim will have no idea this work has started for them because they were not the ones who completed the form and aren’t aware of the T&C’s.

You are correct, we do not begin work for any client before they have accepted the Terms & Conditions (T&C); we would expect all client's to fully read our T&C before accepting them, as by accepting the T&C of any company, the client is agreeing to abide by them. We would not recommend any client to accept the T&C without first reading them, it is the responsibility of the client to do this.
Should a client inform us they believe they have been the victim of a fraudulent claim, then the claim would be subject to the appropriate legal action.

Daylight robbery
Deceitful outfit. AVOID!
I orally cancelled my initial claim within a 14 day window as I went to EasyJet direct. This is because myflightdelayed.com communication is pants.
EasyJet reimbursed me direct. Result. On myflightdelayed.com hearing this they claimed it as their success. It had nothing to do with them! To the extent they asked me how much compensation I received? Because they’re desperate for a cut.! If they did successfully recover compensation for me surely they’d know! It’s a joke. This company now hounds me with threatening calls and emails daily. I have had to block this number and will consider further action if harassment continues.
It’s reached a new ugly level for this company sending me an invoice guessing what I’ve got back from EasyJet and demanding a cut. When their business model is to get the compensation monies on your behalf from which they deduct their cut. GO FIGURE!
NEVER use this company, their intent is only to fleece you, go direct to airline yourself.

We are sorry you were not happy with the services of myflightdelayed.com (MFD). Please be advised to cancel your claim with ourselves, you are required to submit this in writing. This is explained within section '11. Cancellation' of the Terms & Conditions (T&C), and states: "You should either write to us at My Flight Delayed, Challenge House, Sherwood Drive, Milton Keynes, MK3 6DP, call us on 0333 212 3077, email info@myflightdelayed.com or complete and send back the cancellation form that will be sent upon signing. The correspondence should at least state "I wish to cancel the Agreement with My Flight Delayed".
Before submitting their claim to us, clients are presented with the T&C to fully read, understand and agree too. All fees that may become payable are fully outlined within our T&C, and are therefore available to the client before they submit their claim.
I can assure you our intent is never to 'fleece' people, we are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and customer service and satisfaction is of a top priority for us.

TERRIBLE SCAM COMPANY
Hello, i sent a request to this company to see if they could investigate my flight being delayed. Because they took so long to reply to me i went about contacting the airline myself to see what compensation i could get. They offered me some free flights and compensation which i was more than happy with however this company took it upon themselves to HARASS me with calls every single week for the following year! They used threatening language and even said if i do not get back to them it may have an effect on my credit rating (totally false claim)
I would not reccomend anyone to use this company and just go to the airline direct. It is a simple procedure and you will no doubt get more back.
