My Flight Delayed 

We waited nearly 3 years for this company to handle our flight delay claim, only for them to suddenly close it, claiming they couldn’t take legal action due to "jurisdiction issues." That made no sense at all, since the flight was from the UK and the airline is UK-based. After all that time, it feels like a lazy excuse. Very disappointing service — I wouldn’t trust them again.

This company is a complete scam and I regret ever trusting them. It’s been over 4 months since I filed my claim, and I’ve received no meaningful updates or progress. They constantly send irrelevant, automated messages, and it’s clear they have no intention of actually helping people get their compensation.

When I requested to cancel my claim, they had the audacity to demand 35% of my claim amount – for doing absolutely nothing! Other agencies can handle these claims in just 4 weeks, but with Flight-Delayed, it’s been nothing but delay after delay with no accountability.

If you value your time and money, stay FAR away from this company. They are unprofessional, unresponsive, and clearly just out to take advantage of people. I strongly advise using a reputable service that can actually deliver on their promises. This company needs to be held accountable for scamming customers.

I recently suffered a delayed flight and passed this over to the myflightdelayed team who dealt with everything quickly, efficiently and ensured I was aware of each step they took to secure the compensation we have received! They didn’t manage to win any money for me from my delayed flight. We waited weeks and weeks and they said the airline weren’t responding.
I contacted the airline directly to get the flight money back and they replied.
The company now want 30%+ of what I got back from the airline despite them not getting the refund for me.
The no win no fee? I didn’t win through you so why am I paying a fee to you for work you did not achieve.
And now they’re sending me debt recovery letters threatening court and the company are ringing me endlessly.
STAY AWAY AND DONT USE

MyFlightDelayed had restored my faith in law and justice! Our flight was delayed for more than 10 hours and we were left waiting in the airport along with kids, having no information or officials to talk about it.
MyFlightDelayed won the lawsuit against the airline and we received a compensation.

The airline rejected my payment but they fought for the payment and I was awarded £220. Due to the flight being less the mileage still try I got my payment.

Honestly surprised at how good the service was. My Wizz Air flight was delayed by 7 hrs and My Flight Delayed was successful with my claim. Very quick. Well worth the commission they charge.

My only gripe- the uploading of documents can be clunky but sending the documents by email was a convenient alternative.

I had given up on ever getting my money back from BA when I found MyFlightDelayed.
