It was brilliant

It was brilliant - I followed an advert I saw on Instagram as we had had a long-haul flight cancelled and rebooked for 24 hrs later by Lufthansa in December (over 6 months earlier). I had complained to them at the time, but they brushed me off, saying it was the weather, so no compensation was due. MyFlightDelayed got us 1800 euro compensation with very little work, a few emails and I just had to send our booking/cancellation emails etc. Yes, we had to pay them 30%, but it was so worth it as, from my own attempt I got nothing. Would highly recommend it if the airline has brushed off your own attempts. Perhaps may always be best to see if you can get the compensation directly from the airline first.

Poor customer service

Poor communication which is why I became not interested and turns out they take £100 off your delay compensation leaving you out of pocket.

Thank you for your feedback. We operate on a no win no fee basis. If we win compensation for any client we only take 36% inc VAT from any compensation won. Therefore no client will be out of pocket.

Poor email communciation

I have received consistent follow up emails despite expressing I am no longer interested. Go with another provider that doesn't hassle you to sign an agreement you've expressed you're no longer interested in.

Very straightforward

Very straightforward - excellent customer service via email - and very pleased to receive my compensation from a cancelled BA flight - sure, they take a percentage but they do all the work….

Bullies I supposedly owe 451.50....tell me for what you owe me money for harassment..how can you go forward without the flight number???this business needs shutting down...I will take this further...got all the emails..

Dear Mr Toole, the Court determined on 20th February you owe £451.50 and this remains unpaid. The firm undertook substantial work to successfully obtain compensation amounting to you receiving a reasonable sum of money and for that work you agreed to make a payment of 30% plus VAT of the damages. When we sought to obtain this sum you emailed us saying "find me if you can". This was after you accepted the sums were due and offered a payment plan and make some payments. In terms of proceeding without a flight number - we are able to perform a high level of preparatory work which leaves the airlines with no option but to pay out when legally due. If you wish to take this further you need to follow the complaint procedure which we are happy to send if required. However we will not accept you not complying with a court order for payment as a valid reason for a complaint. Our staff work tirelessly to obtain funds for consumers and the firm deserves payment. I hope this clarifies the reasons why you are misconceived in your position that we are bullies. The court clearly didnt think so.

Great work

I only just got around to claiming for a flight from 2 years ago. Great company who sorted everything out for me and we’re able to get me compensation after the airline originally refused. Minimal effort required from my end

Absolutely 100% Scammers ! I believeMy flight delay have challenged my review , I have ALL the emails from My flight delayed to support my review

Absolutely 100% Scammers !! Myself and 3 mates had a 4 hour delay in May 2018 we claimed with My flight delay , after numerous calls and emails etc etc we was told Ryan air HAD PAID into one of our accounts ??? ( And My flight were asking for their commission .) They had 100% NOT paid at all !! So having to send bank statements to my flight delay to proof we had NOT been paid , ( we have no-way of knowing if Ryan-air had paid My flight delay ) ! My flight informed us last year as Ryan-Air was a Irish company My flight have closed our case and wouldnt persue it any further!!! Ombudsman don’t deal with claims like this either !! My Flight delay are Total scammers don’t trust them you will be out of pocket !!!!

EXPENSIVE SCAMMERS

Dreadful SCAM DO NOT USE cost me a CCJ and 1.2K in costs for no service. EASYJET gave me a direct refund these guys piggyback and demanded it all without even knowing the amount I got. They charged me more then I got refunded so totally out of pocket. Go through respective airline and AVOID these crooks. A BUNCH OF LIARS they are!!! Daylight robbery. The positive reviews are fakes posted by them only.

We are sorry to see you are not happy with the service you have received from myflightdelayed.com (MFD). Please be assured, all reviews on our site are from genuine clients. We are fully authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

We do not begin working on a claim unless the person who has submitted it has signed our Terms & Conditions via our website. The T&C are presented when flight details are entered on our site, and we would expect all clients to fully read, understand and agree to them before accepting/signing them. Without these being signed, we would not begin working on the claim.

Within our T&C all potential fees which may become payable to MFD are fully explained, including that of our cancellation fee. We have a 14-day cooling off period, within which the client can cancel their claim free of charge, so long as this is done within the 14-day period, which begins with the day after the day on which the T&C were signed. As explained, all fees are fully outlined, and we would not expect a client to sign our T&C should they not agree with them.

Please be advised, it is never our intention to cause a client to feel harassed, however, as with any business, when monies are owed we will take action to obtain payment of these as is necessary.

We used myflightdelayed twice and found them helpful,easy to work with and honest.On the recent complaint we didn't get all requested but were much better off than before mfd took the case.On a previous complaint we got 100% satisfaction.Recommended.

Do not hire my flight delayed services

I am Brazilian and a year ago (July 2020) I had a ticket purchased for London with a connection in Amsterdam. But my flight from Amsterdam to London was canceled and the airline gave us a letter saying that we could leave the airport and find a place to stay as the airline would reimburse me the sum of € 120. So it didn't happen and I looked for MY FLIGHT DELAYED services. But I don't think I would be commenting on stupidity. Why this company just deceived me. After a year waiting for my money back from the Airline, I received an email from MY FLIGHT DELAYED and they informed me that the payment was already in my bank. I should receive € 120 which in my currency would be R $ 701. And that is not what happened. I received the amount in reais of R $ 366.16 that would give € 68 (this is not € 120). Conclusion: My Flight Delayed forced me to pay them £ 43.00 for this service. Almost the same amount that the airline paid me.

I can confirm that I have looked into your claim/case details and we have followed our process and the airline's correctly. As you had requested that the funds be paid in your currency your bank have then charged a conversion fee from Euro to Reais. The amount we transferred was in Euros and your bank has then converted this and charged you.

Our fee is based on a successful claim of 120 Euro's. Our fees are clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions which are presented to all clients to fully read, understand and agree to before they are able to submit a claim to us.

SCAM / Horrible service.

Scam/ Horrible service.

I decided to pursue two claims for my two delayed flights last year. First of all, kept getting the same emails asking for the same stuff over and over again and then, they somehow got notified from wizzair that I had "claimed" the money from one of the flights with another company, which never happened in the first place. I asked for proof and nothing happened. Trying to reach out to Wizzair and they wouldn't get back to me. Long story short, debt collectors got involved and I had to pay £160+ for no reason. "No win No Fee" yeah right... Horrible service, never using them again. No respect whatsoever. Extremely disappointed.
