A bit slow but did it
A bit slow and irritating to get the money in Pounds they took a lot of percentage but I’d tried myself to get money from German wings three times and failed so the money I got was better than a kick in the teeth

My experience
I Contacted My flight delayed after I had a bad experience on a flight from Gatwick to Orlando. The flight was 5 hours delayed and the air lines communication was terrible, I had never claimed on a late flight before and mainly due to the poor communication decided to on this occasion .I looked on line to find out how to claim and My flights details came up, filled in the forms on line and sent them off . The communication was reasonable through out the duration of the Claim , I E mailed for updates every 2 weeks and ultimately the claim was successful. The only thing that I am Up happy about was the fee that they charged , around a third of the flight cost when you add the 20% vat that they charge . I would probably claim direct with the air line next time

My flight delayed took care of everything and we ended up with a cheque after a long delay due to a cancelled flight.

There are More Costs
My communications with My Flight Delayed were helpful. Questions seemed to be answered in a timely fashion.
My disappointment with the process is that the payment made to me by KLM, was made in British Pounds, which were then forwarded to me in the form of a check. In order to deposit that check, it had to be converted into US Dollars. After already paying a percentage of my refund to My Flight Delayed, I had to pay additional 'sell fees' to convert the Pounds to Dollars. It was a disappointing end to the process.

Avoid this company.
There’s a device ringing your phone twice every night, when you are lucky to pick on time, there is just someone asking you if you received their email and complaining they don’t eat you very well, for this they should see with British Telecom.
They have a lot of paper to make you sign to protect themselves, no to protect you. The purpose is of course as a good business focused British company to take your money, not bring you wellness..
After two month, they said they have paid what they received from British Airways for me minus 30% + taxes + others, but I never received a cent.
They are still checking where is my money ....
I had the same issue of flight delayed with Lufthansa, I asked them directly with the CEE form, and I get paid 600€ in 2 weeks. Here for the same after myFlightDelay deductions I may receive 268£ only....
Conclusion: never use British Airways, do not use MyFightDelay, avoid British companies.

Great Service
Great Service. I tried with the airline direct and they refused to give me compensation, but My Flight Delayed were able to on my behalf with very little effort. I think they take a 3rd of the winnings, which is reasonable, considering they do all the work. Overall very happy and would use again.
