Very pleased with the result that My Flight Delayed achieved for us - a full refund for our delayed flight when the airline concerned had completely ignored my letters and emails over the months/year and I had virtually given up on receiving any compensation.
On seeing My Flight Delayed's advert on the Internet I contacted them giving all our flight details and they took it from there. Only a month later and I have a cheque that I was very happy with and without their intervention would never have received.
Highly commended.

I did not expect such a smooth process from beginning to end. Communication was consistent and clear. I provided information that was necessary and I was able to receive the compensation from my flight being delayed which I never considered if not for My Flight Delayed.

My daughter filled in and signed a…
My daughter filled in and signed a terms of condition from the Veuling website after a cancelled flight, in no way did she think that it was not the the airline itself.
To then have a email from Myflightdelayed.com to say she had signed a agreement with them, we all thought this was a scam email after contacting the airline and they said this was nothing to do with them.
My daughter has now had a pro-forma invoice of £250 for this.
We have received compensation through the airline and i will be seeking legal advice on how your company goes about your business.

We are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the services of myflightdelayed.com (MFD). Please be advised, MFD do not cold contact or call clients, all of our work is from clients contacting ourselves and instructing us to make a claim on their behalf.
Our website is fully branded with our own logo and information; we make it clear that we are not an actual airline. Clients are required to read, understand and sign our Terms & Conditions (T&C) before we begin any work on their behalf, should these not be signed, then work would not commence. Therefore, the T&C must have been signed in order for us to work on your daughter's behalf.
Within the T&C, all of the potential fees that become payable to MFD are fully explained, which means our clients have a full understanding of our fees before they submit their claim to us. The T&C are also available on our website to be viewed at any time.
Should your daughter wish to discuss this further with us, then please advise her to contact us on 0333 212 3088.

However, I can confirm that we do not begin working on a client's behalf until the client has signed our Terms & Conditions (T&C). Within the T&C all fees that may become payable are fully explained; it is also explained that by signing the T&C the client is instructing us to work on their behalf. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they have fully read, understood and agree to the T&C before signing them. If T&C are not signed, then no work would be carried out and no fee would become payable.

I can confirm that client's are required to sign our Terms & Conditions (T&C) before we begin any work for them. These T&C fully explain all fees which may become payable, along with our cancellation process. They also make it clear that by signing the T&C then the client is agreeing to enter into a contract with MFD, which works on a no win no fee basis. Should a client sign these and instruct us to work on their behalf, they are issued a 14 day cooling off period to cancel the claim should they wish.

I can assure you that myflightdelayed.com (MFD) are in no way a fraudulent Company. We are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and we inform our client's in numerous ways of our fees. Before we begin working on a claim for a client, the client is required to read and sign our Terms & Conditions (T&C). I’m appalled at there “service” I received an invoice for £270 for a cancellation fee even tho I signed nothing after opting out after seeing the terms and conditions.!!!! I’m harassed daily by them, constantly called, email threaten with debt recovery action I suffer from mental health issues which I informed them off many time yet they treated me appallingly.
