Brilliant Prices, Awesome Products.
Have used M-Tec Brakes a few times in the past and have always had brilliant service (chatted via WhatsApp) to ensure the right parts, they even message to let you know when posted out too.
Recommendto everyone i know, even my 70yr old mother has the grooved and dimpled discs on her car (was a fair amount cheaper than the local motor factors, even for the "performance discs and pads").
Top quality products in the form of their discs and the proces on the pads (even performance ones) are competitive.
Thank you and will be in touch on my new cars in the future again.

Specifically ordered a certain type of brake. They said yes, we'll deliver that one. Confirmed over the phone and another message. Then the wrong item was delivered. Customer service was dismissive and rude. Minimal help. Had to return the entire order as I didn't want to deal with an amateurish company supplying brakes. Wasted time and money trying to return it due to their errors.

MTEC brilliant customer service
I had ordered a set of front and rear brake pads, both of which arrived promptly but when installing i had came to realise that the rear set i had Bought were the incorrect fitment for the car. As my 14 day return time had ran out i got into contact with MTEC brakes and was promptly responded to by a customer service representative called clare, after a bit of back and forth i was able to get a replacement sorted out and had the correct brakes sent out to me a couple days later. I wouldn't usually write a review for a company but due to the impeccable customer service, speed of response and overall experience with this company i felt that a review was necessary.

Great support and customer care.
Great support, fast shipping, good prices for the quality. In my case the return of some wrongly ordered discs was not convenient due to the expensive shipping from italy but the service and the customer service was absolutely wonderful even giving me the link to purchase the right parts for my car i could not find. I'll buy again for sure from you guys.
