MTEC Brakes Anmeldelser

Brilliant customer service, arrived exactly when they said it would, kept me in the loop during the process and even double checked to make sure I was ordering the correct part for my needs, highly recommend

MTEC gave me constant updates on my order and the brakes were delivered on time in order for me to resolve my brake issue quickly. The car feels great, other R32 brake discs were a lot more than MTEC and I can't imagine they offer value for the extra money in terms of performance. I will be back to purchase a matching setup for the rear of the car very soon!

You staff are amazing and helpful
Great experience
You have a very happy customer
Above and beyond my expectations

Amazing service from mtec brakes, purchased the grooved and dimpled discs. Extremely quick delivery, brilliant communication all the way through and was kept updated on delivery as well. Discs and pads where wrapped and boxed very securely and fit very well and look brilliant on the car. Thank you brilliant service.

I feel duty-bound to review Mtec brakes, for this reason...

I bought a DS3 VTi three years ago, and within days of ownership I decided to treat it to new brakes all round. My mechanic advised Mtec brakes, so I went with dimpled and ventilated discs and mid-compound pads.

70,000 miles later, yesterday, I replaced the rear discs and pads. Yes, you read that correctly. I got 70,000 miles on the rears.

Here's the rub though... the front discs and pads are still good; my mechanic saying I have between 8,000 to 10,000 miles left on them. That'll be pretty much 80,000 miles on a set of front discs and pads. Unheard of!

The brakes themselves are superb. Reliable, stable and with superb grip. I've always felt confident in their ability.

Thinking of brakes? Think no further than Mtec. They are simply excellent.

Excellent customer service. Highly recommend

Customer service is excellent, prices are reasonable. wil be using them again in the future.

Product is great so far, just bedding in the discs now so won’t see the full potential until 100miles or so is covered. Customer service is absolutely spot on, got personal WhatsApp messages all the way through the process and Mtec even messaged to double check the brakes I ordered were the correct fitting for my car. Outstanding professional communication!

Spot on - ordered wrong parts to start with (my error!) and were incredibly helpful with returning the parts and sending out the right ones - many thanks!
Will 100% use again 👍

Ordered a set of front brake discs - fitment was confirmed promptly and package arrived within a few days, with customer support available to whole time at short notice. Discs themselves are high quality and well-packaged. Would highly recommend.

Great customer service, great products! This is how to do it!
Thanks
Andy

Really good communication from Elle, very helpful. Really quick delivery and amazingly good quality product. Had these brakes on my S5 and they would stop on a dime. Will always put these on my cars in the future. Thanks

Good customer support, prompt reply to e-mail etc delivery was quick…. Very efficient outfit.

The pakage and shipping with the DHL as well as getting the correct info to DHL custlmer service 👌 just perfect

Really good customer service

Customer service is outstanding. From start to finish they couldn’t help me anymore!

I would like to review my brakes but it seems as parcel farce can't follow instructions and left in a random place not delivered to me now m tec will not replace as they say parcel farce has delivered with a random photo not at my door I even have a motion camera which has not been activated and I was in all day so I can only comment on the customer service which I am being asked to sign a form which they only send in read only which basically accuses me of having them very disappointed as I paid extra for faster delivery and then they said they didn't have them in stock so would send me different ones but more expensive which was not what I asked for but I would have excepted as I was desperate for brakes now 2 weeks on £300 down and looks like I will need to buy standard from Euro car parts
Update: Contrary to the reply below and signing the form they are refusing to answer me and still not delivering instead say they are contacting the police which I have already done so not actually helping!
Update 3 months on now not reading my messages not answering their phone and not answering emails or messages so only option left is trading standards, save your self a headache don't buy from this company

Nice lovely and polite team, best customer service I have dealt with in a while. The only thing is the break discs don’t come the little screw. But could be where I only ordered discs. But nice product looks great and felt good. And for the price and delivery time fairly unmatched

Accidentally had the wrong shipping address, which I only noticed when received the dispatch confirmation, but customer service had acted quickly, so I received my order without delay. Thank you

Excellent items and contact highly recommend
