Quality and service
Quality and service. Most important, being able to speak to a real person. For at least 10 years, I've used your brake discs and pads and as long as any car I drive, I will continue to use your company.

Another Perfect Experience with MTEC
This is my third set of discs from MTEC, and once again the service has been excellent. The discs were very competitively priced and arrived just three days after placing the order.
Communication throughout was first class, with quick and helpful responses via both email and WhatsApp. It's reassuring to deal with a company that keeps you informed and delivers exactly what they promise.
I've been consistently impressed with both the products and the service, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend MTEC to others.

Sent out the wrong brake pads when…
Sent out the wrong brake pads when advertised as fitting my vehicle on the website and me explicitly stating in the order "Just to check that everything fits a 1997 MK3 Golf VR6"
On arrival, I contacted the company - there was no offer of a replacement that would fit the vehicle - simply post them back and we will reimburse you.

Very poor experience dealing with this company
I’d avoid them at all costs.
They will take your money and they don’t care if you receive your goods or not.
Seriously callous attitude that really doesn’t care about customer experience.
They are probably the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
They will lie and cheat you at every opportunity.
Their customer support is probably the worst that I’ve ever experienced.
Do not deal with them.
