MTEC Brakes Anmeldelser

Bought a set of there discs for my 2017 Octavia Vrs. Since fitting had a horrible sound when pressing brake. Thought was the pads. Changed them 3 times just to find the noise never went. Only started since fitting there discs. Got in touch with them. Send them a sound clip of the noise as all they said was it isn't there discs and fobbing me off and made me feel like they ain't interested in customer satisfaction. Low and behold took there discs off today and replaced with others and noise has gone but they was adamant was nothing to do with there discs.
Would avoid at all costs.
Now out of pocket for a set of discs that are only fit for the bin..

They were very easy to get a hold of and responded quickly. They helped me pick the right breaks for my car avoiding all confusion. Great service.

Have used MTEC for over 10 years. Never had a problem, until I did and then the issues start.
Routine disc change on a new car for some more aesthetically pleasing drilled discs.
Everything within tolerance upon fitting, everything thoroughly cleaned, sliders greased etc. Run in procedure followed as usual and they warp within a couple of months.

Customer service won't speak to you, forcing me through a reseller and ultimately trying to blame the car. It's been checked and is fine.

Close to losing a customer (or few) as my future custom and recommendations are close to not coming to MTEC.

Great communication and support, very much needed in this day and age. Thanks to all at Mtec.

Great customer service. Quality parts. Package deals offered and Excellent delivery service both discs and pads within 3days of ordering.

Brilliant customer service. Had to return items, through no fault of mtec, full refund. Great communication. Will use again

Mtec are a perfect example of how to do business in 2026, their product is second to none, seriously high quality brake discs.

Service is 10/10 I was kept up to date on the delivery via email and WhatsApp, even messaged after delivery to make sure everything was okay.

Delivery was also rapid, from ordering to delivery was 3 days!

I really cannot recommend them enough, I wouldn’t bother with EBC discs, mtec are the way to go!

Thanks again!

Extremely easy to order and fast delivery. Was reading some of the negative reviews people had left before I recieved my order came. Very relieved that they were false. Well in my case anyway. Disks and pads work great and look amazing. Perfect fit and great performance. Stopping was shorter by far! And the price doesn't hurt your bank account.

Great customer service, text updates from a real person at every stage. Great products that are good quality. Would definitely use again.

Prompt communication & fast response
Fast delivery manner
Status confirmation

Brilliant service, they even messaged to insure i got the correct disks, which i thought was a Brilliant touch. 👏

Shocking. Parts sent out rusty and faulty, customer service was atrocious and staff rude. Would not recommend.

Solutions offered were not solutions. Expecting car to be off the road for days waiting for replacement parts, then wouldn't accept them back once fitted.
Avoid at all costs.

Brilliant customer service - great prices and quick shipping.

I'd missed a bit on the order form - the team at Mtec contacted me almost straight away, added the details needed and had the order shipped out the next day.

I haven't fitted the parts yet but they look to be of good quality, and good finish - a few friends have used them to great success on their own cars.

So far all looks good and I would be very surprised if I don't use them again!

Delivery was quicker than expected and also after sales was great!

Ordered discs front and rear for Mercedes S class, customer service was very good and ordering process as easy as possible, delivered in a matter of days and installed yesterday .
They are making a grating noise but hopefully that's just the coating wearing away it advises 10 miles or so done about 60 miles but not much braking involved .

Excellent service,I ordered on line. I got a phone call to check the order which I very much appreciated. The order arrived in a speedy manor. Brilliant service.

Great product, Great price and fast delivery. Couldn't ask for more

Recently fitted some mtec c hook discs and pads on my juke nismo rs
Great upgrade looks smart and impressive stopping distance

Prompt and friendly communication. Haven’t fitted the discs yet but so far MTEC Brakes have been great.

You pick your make and model from the drop down menu to ensure you get the right discs and brakes for your car. Payment is easy, once you’ve ordered your brakes and pads you receive a message from one of the team members to confirm your number plate and make sure they fit your vehicle which I think is excellent service. They’re shipped straight away and I received mine with 5 days of ordering (due to the stupid delivery man not knocking on my door) it should’ve been with me in 2 days however I had to wait over the weekend which isn’t MTEC’s fault. All round great experience and will be ordering again from here, however, I’ve not actually fitted these to my car yet.
