I recently bought the Underwater Scooter Manta Hyper Go-Go from move-sea.com, and it's been a blast. This scooter makes diving a breeze. It's powerful enough to handle currents and keeps up with me. Only slight speed drop when the battery's low. Impressive battery life, lasting about an hour. Easy to recharge between dives. Solid build, no corrosion issues. LED battery indicator is handy. Compact size for easy transport. User-friendly controls, responsive handling. Could use a more detailed manual. Overall, the ""Underwater Scooter Manta Hyper Go-Go"" adds excitement to dives and is reliable. A bit pricey, but great for diving enthusiasts.

I ordered a sea scooter on 11/08/23, ( order number UK12221234) scooter arrived, 22/08/23, I emailed informing movesea there was a fault with both batteries and they weren't holding there charge, they responded asking me for more details and a video of the problem, which I sent, this problem went back and forwards for some weeks and was never resolved. I requested a return labels and returned the item, UPS confirmed delivery on 29/09/23, since then Movesea have ignored by emails chasing my refund. They are an unscrupulous and there actions tantamount to stealing.I am now owed £1,293.15

Do not buy from this company, You won't see your item. Or a refund, I've reported them to.my banks fraud department. Stay well away

Огромная благодарность компании move-sea и всему персоналу за компетентность и решения моей проблемы. Мой аппарат хапнул песка в прибрежной зоне и перестал подавать кислород. Обратился к компании с данной проблемой. На что компания отреагировала моментально. Аппарат был послан на экспертизу что и показало данную проблему .Я получил взамен совершенно новый аппарат с быстрой доставкой. Выношу благодарность всему персоналу компании. Желаю побольше клиентов, положительных отзывов и процветанию компании. С ув. Назар Ярослав

Matériel jamais livré, j’ai donc demandé un remboursement et depuis Août 2023, rien ne bouge! On me répond qu’on va envoyer ma demande auprès du service finance et puis plus de nouvelles malgré les nombreuses relances. Il s’agit de 2,320€ tout de même!!! Aucun sérieux je n’ai jamais vu ça, c’est lamentable. A croire que je ne vais jamais revoir mes sous! 😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭

Hice un pedido de 2250 euros que nunca me llegó. les reclamé la cantidad y desde hace mas de 3 meses aún no me han devuelto el dinero y ponen excusas. Compro mucho por internet y nunca me había pasado algo tan lamentable. Jamás volveré a comprar en esta web

Took 2 month to get product even when the website says "in stock" my 2nd battery is not delivered....without letting me know up front.. charger is defect...
Bad communication...no pro active support ...you have to chase by your self....
Website says has pick up service in store.. but there is no pick up store..
Looks like it has a dutch tel number and address in netherlands but its redirected to foreign office...

great service, great products and even better after sales service.

- Plazos de entrega de más de un mes.
- Tras 6 semanas de espera opté por cancelar el pedido.
- A la semana de cancelar el pedido, tuve el reembolso hecho.
- Pese a que agosto dicen tener poco personal y mucha demanda, tampoco recibí el paquete en septiembre.
- Existen otras opciones/tiendas que tienen la capacidad de realizar los envíos en tiempo y forma.

So after getting an email on the 17th August to say I will be refunded for my order that never arrived that was ordered on the 27th July Iv had to get my credit card company involved to get my money back.

Iv now been given my money back by my credit card company as Movesea would not refund me even after getting an email to confirm my request for a refund.

Iv received an email today from Movease to say iv been refunded when I hadn’t, the money was taken back from them for not giving me a refund or delivering the goods I ordered.

This company is a complete scam and just take your money, they remove your comments from their social media for people not to see, they use your money to make them selfs money!!

Do not buy anything from these jokers all they will do it tell you lies every time you contact them and will then stop answering your calls and emails when you persist and contact them regularly.

How this company hasn’t been shut down I don’t know.

Looking for some parts/items for my ROV i decided to give Movesea a try as they showed as having the items “in stock”

Placed my order & paid, was then told that they would didn’t have one of the items in stock & that they would send this out at a later date…

Over 1-month on & still nothing!
Zero communication from Movesea on the issue & they are STILL showing the item as “in stock”!

First time using Movesea & will certainly be the last given my experience with them!

Avoid at all costs as they do not deliver!

Thanks for your reply, however I want to inform you that the Fifish Retrieval hook very clearly showed as “In Stock” when I placed the order & still shows “in stock” at this very moment!

You did inform me it was actually out of stock AFTER I placed my order & paid for the items… then I informed you that if it was going to be any longer than 1-week I would prefer to get a refund & order elsewhere… You told me this wouldn’t be an issue & that you would send it out separately a few days later!….

It’s over 1-month now so I would rather just have a full refund & cancel the order as it’s been too long already & i’ve heard nothing from you until after leaving this review!

Worst company Ive ever order something! After cancelling of the order they just do not pay the money back (actually 2,5 months- but still no money back!!!!!)- still waiting for even an mail answer- now ist is 13.10.2023. If you would give the same power in solving problems, than answering reviews, so everything would be fine...And now- after a dozen of mails- I gave the case to my lawyer. let's see how good your answeringtime on mails is then....

Ordered some freediving fins 2 weeks ago. The order is now 5 days overdue with no word from Movesea. I had read the reviews on here before ordering but still proceeded because the price was good. I wish I had paid more and ordered elsewhere

Solo pochi giorni fa grazie alla mia Banca Fineco aprendo un reclamo sono riuscito a riavere i miei soldi e ripeto solo grazie alla mia banca perche altrimenti starei ancora aspettando visto che non sono l'unica persona in questa situazione . Al telefono Move-Sea ti dice abbiamo inoltrato la richiesta al nostro team fiscale che se ne occuperà al più presto ma è una bugia.

I lost £2,500 from an online order I cancelled within 5 days after hearing that Movesea team did not even receive the item from the producer. It has been 20 days since the cancellation and they completely went silent on emails. After my various phone call attempts once they responded and a lady with a name Ana promised she will return to me. But unfortunately nothing has happened. Don’t lose your money. The Director (owner) of the company is registered as a Russian who lives in Spain and shares a correspondence address in UK. So, if you don't want to go through all this confusion, suggest you to buy the item from the producer.

Achtung!! hier nicht bestellen, ich bekomme weder die Ware noch bekomme ich mein Geld zurück. Ich muss jetzt wohl leider Anzeige erstatten. Es geht um immerhin über 1460€ 😡

Bought a set of K4 Thruster fins for my RRD Kitesurfboard, was a little skeptical on whether or not to order from here when reading some of the reviews for the site, but they've been great, communication about delivery has been brilliant and no problems with the order at all, can definitely recommend using this company 5 stars from me 👍🏻👍🏻

This company is very dubious and I ordered diving equipment for a vacation on June 26th, 2023, which should be available in 5 working days. I still don't have the goods to this day, don't get honest answers if I get any answer at all. Since I canceled nobody has contacted me and I only have to get angry with them and will now have the money booked back via the credit card.

Absolutely dishonest.

Unfortunately extremely slow delivery time. I am still waiting for my product 3 weeks after placing the order. Price was competitive but if you need your order within a specified time frame then shop elsewhere.
