Ordered a couple of water scooters. I was happy with the products as well as the communication with the customer service team as they made their best effort to deliver within the agreed delivery time

Mi amigo tuvo una experiencia muy positiva al comprar un scooter Sublue de Movesea.
Probamos el scooter y toda mi familia quedó encantada.
Compré 2 scooters a la vez y los recibí a tiempo como prometí.
Después de la compra, tuve una duda sobre la correcta carga de las baterías. Contacté por teléfono e inmediatamente recibí información completa. Al final de una conversación útil, me aconsejaron que leyera atentamente las instrucciones))) Saben mucho sobre estos productos y cumplen su palabra. Muchas gracias

Had a problem with batteries for my order and they were fast and helpful is solving the problem. Both orders arrived with reasonable time.

La oferta de materiales y sus precios son excelentes. El material llegó muy bien embalado y en perfectas condiciones.

Délai de livraison un peu long. Arrivée prévu le 15 juin, reçu le 24 juillet. Mais je suis quand même satisfaite, j'ai hâte d'essayer le scooter début août! J'ai reçu tout le temps des réponses par mail par de vrai personnes, et pas un robot. Ce qui reste positif.

You need lots of patience, product ordered 16 june, promised delivery by 28th june and was eventually delivered 25th July. So if something you want, order well in advance

Par contre, j'ai toujours des réponses à mes mails pour me tenir au courant de ma commande.

Empresa con mala comunicación o casi ausente Un pedido realizado el 28/06, pagado inmediatamente y declarado en stock por el sitio, después de innumerables correos electrónicos de recordatorio, habiendo elegido también el envío con UPS como un servicio adicional, recibí el paquete el 26/07 Súper mala experiencia!!!

Envío rápido y stock que no pude encontrar en otras tiendas de grandes superficies.

Still waiting for a £7k refund 2 months later getting passed about via email!

Have placed order on the 4th of July 2023 #NL17221130, received confirmation, no delivery date, contacted Customer Services via email asked for delivery date, no reply. Called today to the office, was told yes we will reply, no email yet. The original delivery date was indicated as 14th of July 2023 the latest, so it looks as will be the get the money back story via legal action.
Update as of 04 October 2023, I have received my order on 25 of July. As mentioned earlier the initial delivery date was 14th of July, and due to the fact that we left for holidays on the 19th of July I had no chance to use it, which was the primary intention of the purchase. I have been in communication with them all along so they had information about our departure, but they did not care. Later to this they had been cheeky to ask to remove my review at trustpilot, which I had refused to do so.
Now I got contacted by trustpilot asking to give the supplier my name, order number and phone number "to provide better response" but the most stupid thing is THE COMPANY HAS IT, as well as I have saved all the phone conversations and emails as the evidence.
