Ich habe bei Movesea 2 Tauchscooter mit jeweils einem zusätzlichen Ersatzakku bestellt. Scooter 1 hatte nach kurzem Gebrauch Mängel. Ich habe umgehend reklamiert, wurde aber direkt zum Hersteller nach China durchgereicht, der dann immerhin ein Ersatzgerät geliefert hat.
Weitere Monate später ging einer der Ersatzakkus aufgrund von Materialmängeln kaputt. Wieder reklamiert (vor 6 Wochen) - bis heute keine Antwort.
Fazit: Lieferung erfolgte schnell und ohne Probleme. Wenn man aber im Nachgang Probleme mit den Produkten hat, darf man keinen Kundenservice erwarten.

However, the complete lack of responsiveness from your end has left me deeply dissatisfied.

Despite my efforts to reach out through SHOP, your online tracking system, and sending multiple emails to Info(at sign)movesea.us, I have received no acknowledgment or resolution. This lack of communication has now jeopardized my son's training, as he will not have the essential BCD in time.

This level of service is entirely unacceptable, and I feel compelled to warn other potential customers about the risks associated with purchasing from Movesea. I have posted a detailed review outlining my experience, urging buyers to exercise caution when considering transactions with your company.

It is my sincere hope that Movesea takes immediate action to rectify this situation and address the customer service issues that have marred my experience. I believe that transparency is crucial, and I encourage others who may have faced similar problems to share their experiences through reviews.

Ich hatte im Juni 2023 Ware über € 2.000.- bestellt und bezahlt. Nach einem Monat der Nichtlieferung erstmals urgiert, keine Antwort erhalten. Nach mehrmaliger telefonischer Urgenz, ich benötigte die Ware Ende 2023, war mir eine Lieferzusage für Ende Jänner 2024 in Aussicht gestellt worden. Das ging meinerseits, da ich bereits auf dem Atlantik befand, überhaupt nicht mehr.
Seit einem Monat fordere ich das Geld zurück, MOVESEA ist auf Tauchstation. Ich werde den Rechtsweg beschreiten müssen.
Entscheiden sie selbst, ob sie Ware künftig dort bestellen.
Mein Resümee: die Geschäftspraktiken sind völlig unseriös.

Heute habe ich meine Cressi-Flossen erhalten. Sie sind unglaublich robust und bequem. Perfekt für meine bevorstehenden Tauchgänge.

Avoid great if they have what you order in stock if not getting your money back requires making a claim on your credit card or going to small claims court even if they send you an email telling you they are refunding. They never send the money and even have the cheek to challenge the credit card claim.

I ordered two cressi masks back in November for Xmas presents. When I didn't hear anything I messaged to ask if they had been sent, the reply i got was they are out of stock( so why take my money then). To showing me two replacements which I agreed to, and then when I asked if they could send ASAP I was told no, it will be in the new year. So order cancelled and will have two disappointed kids on xmas day.Not good enough of customer service. I wouldn't recommend this company!

Acquistato un Air Buddy sul loro sito ad Agosto, a quel tempo era in stock. Dopo un mese senza nessuna notizia della spedizione scrivo per ricevere informazioni e mi viene detto che ci sono ritardi a causa dei tanti ordini estivi e del personale in ferie. Attendo quindi un’altro mese sempre senza ricevere nessuna notizia e richiedo nuove notizie sullo stato del mio ordine. Mi viene detto che sono in attesa di una spedizione di nuove batterie ma che ci sono ritardi e che mi ricontatteranno a breve con info sulla spedizione. Nessuna notizia per diverse settimane. Quindi ricontatto per sapere se sono arrivate le batterie, mi viene risposto che devono chiedere all’ufficio acquisti e mi ricontatteranno fra 3 giorni. Passano 2 settimane senza notizie così decido di contattare direttamente la Air Buddy che mi scrive che hanno parecchie batterie pronte per la distribuzione ma nessun ordine da Move Sea da Luglio e che, avendo ricevuto altre lamentele simili, hanno deciso di cessare la collaborazione con loro.
A fronte di queste notizie, molto preoccupato chiedo spiegazioni e l’annullamento dell’ordine a MoveSea. Non mi hanno più risposto.

Sconsiglio vivamente di avere a che fare con loro, o perlomeno di ordinare prodotti della AirBuddy da loro nonostante ce li abbiano ancora a listino.
