Durch meine Erfahrung würde ich niemanden raten etwas zu kaufen. Ich habe so wie viele andere im Mai 2023 einen Nomad mini bestellt, der nicht geliefert wurde. Ich habe ende März 2024 den Vertrag storniert und das Geld zurückgefordert, ist mir auch bestätigt worden aber wie schon viele berichtet haben wurde das Geld nicht zurückbezahlt. Seit 26.04.24 wird auf keine Email mehr geantwortet.Anwalt wurde jetzt benachrichtigt

Movesea hat auf die geldrückzahlung meiner Anwaltskanzlei nicht reagiert . Jetzt wird Strafanzeige wegen Verdachts eines Betruges gestellt. Leute seit hier vorsichtig falls ihr was kaufen wollt

I have yet to receive my order and customer service has not supplied adequate answers as to when I will receive my order.

My item was “delivered” aka returned to sender. I never received my item. I never received any follow up communication from movesea. I attempted to chat online with someone but it took several hours for someone to be available. They said I would receive another shipment but that has never happened. Unfortunately, I did not receive my item. It seems I may need to pursue a charge back with my credit card company due to no item and no communication.

I ordered a fifish evo. And i get it! ☺️

That was ok, but it took me too long to receive the item I bought and the attendent kept telling me for weeks that it would be solved in a few days.

Scam company,dont buy,its gambling.Ordered Nomad dive system without battery on 2023 11 27.never received it.order nr NL 17221171.after many calls and mails nothing.only promises.i reported about this problem my Bank and they solved my problem in 2024 march.
Bank send my money back.to be safe the best is to pay via credit card or Paypal.

Very slow. I placed an order on February 25th for an "in-stock" item in hopes of using it on an upcoming dive trip. It took until March 13th (14 business days) for my item to ship, and as of March 14th, I still don't have it. Needless to say, my order won't make it in time for my dive trip.

Oops - accidentally deleted previous reviews as thought they had refunded money due. Unfortunately NOT so re-reviewing. As with many other reviewers, MOVESEA stole my money - they have received a returned item and not refunded cash. They constantly delay and frustrate follow up and even these reviews. They have ignored a small court claim and CCJ. They are either incompetent or fraudulently trading. Either way go elsewhere. To be clear, my review relates to the UK company.

I will be following up with court and legal processes if only out of principle. If you want me to accumulate claims to apply for bankruptcy then pls get in touch on LinkedIn. Search me at RSM, London.

Tout simplement un magasin de personnes malhonnêtes et de voleurs. J'ai pré-commandé un Blu3 Nomad mini le 06 juillet 2023 pour la somme de 1900 euros et toujours pas livré ou remboursé malgré mes dizaines d'Email et de leurs multiples excuses à chaque fois. Ils ne répondent même plus ni par mail ou téléphone. Il n'y a même plus de site internet. J'ai déposé plainte à la Gendarmerie. Surtout ne rien commander chez eux si cela est encore possible, je suis dégouté de ce genre de comportement qui met à mal le commerce international. Ma première et désastreuse expérience de la sorte sans trop espoir de revoir mon argent si durement économisé pour mon départ en retraite, une honte.

MOVESEA stole my money
I ordered a Blue3 Nemo mini in July 23, after 2 month I asked to get my money back, after I didn't get any new information. then I was promised that it should be sent in a month, after that I requested to get a normal Nomad or money back, but was promised to get it in November.

Now they not answer my mail and my 2000 eur is stolen.

like others say this is a scam company so beware,

i order a nomad mini on 05/06/23 and on 25/09/23 i asked my refund because they could not deliver my product but on their website its in there stock....now its 22/02/24 and i stil dont got my 2000 euro stay away!!!
the good reviews on here are all lies.... en the bad reviews here are real! because they all have the same problem....you dont get the product you order and you dont get your money back!!

Called and item for 1800 euro's was in stock could be with me within 2 weeks. After 3 weeks no item, called again and the item was in stock and in transport by the end of the week, 2 weeks later nothing. Then I cancelled the order which they didn't accept and many emails later was asked if I was willing to accept a 10% discount. After many emails and calls, they told me the refund was on its way. Well you guessed right, it was not and after 3 weeks I filled the issue with my CC company. Then after many months from the order date I got my money back. Would never order again, wishes I read all the reviews before
