Surfhat size L/XL is not realy a big size
The surf hat which was order was to small. The size ordered was L/XL and this is still a small size. You cannot send the hat back because they don't take for hygiene or sanitary reasons Wetsuits, Wetsuits Gloves, Wetsuits Socks, Swimming Caps, Swimming Wetsuits, Gloves, Hats, Caps, Helmets back.
On the Dutch website this was not clear that you can not send a hat back.
They have changed the Dutch refund policy after a complain about it. But they have to make it clear at every product page which cannot be send back! If I know before I will not order products which cannot be send back.

Achat réalisé au mois de mai 2023 sur un matériel de plongée autonome de marque Blue Némo.
1900 € débité mais aucun matériel reçu, ni remboursement de la part de la société Movesea ce jour.
N'étant pas le seul dans ce cas concernant ce matériel, j'invite toutes les personnes abusées à me contacter via mon Facebook Rudy Ferriere sur Oléron pour un intenter une action en justice commune.
J'ai déjà intenté beaucoup d'actions via protection juridique et européenne mais la solution s'avère être celle-ci...

Your statement is a complete lie!
We refunded your money on the same day and 5 minutes after receiving a message from you that you wish to cancel your order.
We canceled your order and instantly sent a refund to the method you used to pay for your order and notified you about it.
Unfortunately, you are ignoring our message that you were sent money on June 5th and on the morning of June 6th you are already writing a message that you were not sent money, although the money is already in your bank.
Anyone knows that it takes time for any payment to be credited and it does not appear instantly on your bank statement.
We are confident that you should check your bank statement again on the next business day after the day the amount was sent to you and we recommend that you contact your bank to clarify the rules for crediting money to your account in accordance with the rules of your bank.
If it were possible at TrustPilot, we would put all the evidence in your case for public review for a full and transparent understanding of your lies.

Habe im Juni 2023 dort einen Nomad Mini bestellt und nicht erhalten, mir wurde mitgeteilt das die Qualität den Standart von Movesea nicht entsprechen. selbst ein Angebot meinerseits das ich einen AirBuddy nehmen würde und ich den Ausgleich bezahle sagte man mir das es möglich wäre. Aber nach Rücksprache mit BLU3 und auch AirBuddy haben beide Unternehmen das Geschäftsverhältnis mit Movesea gekündigt und dort wird nichts mehr hingeliefert, jetzt warte ich auf mein Geld und es tut sich nichts mehr. Achtung Betrüger, Anzeige wird erstellt und ein Anwalt in der Niederlande wird meinerseits eingeschaltet.

1 Item was not sent. No one answers the phone number, or responds to emails and the chat is only sometimes responsive. Took over a month to get a refund for an item that showed in stock. Will not do business with them again.

Still haven’t received the item. Bought it elsewhere and now trying to fight and get my money back. Will likely end up having to work with my bank and do a chargeback. Couldn’t be more disappointed.

I would give zero if I could! Stay clear of these people. They advertise sales to get your money then keep telling you the order will be sent in a few days. I ordered 7 weeks ago and the order still isn't processed. Don't believe the 5 star reviews I think they set up fake accounts to give themselves 5 stars to bring their ratings up. 1 star is too much for this company.
