I have been trying to have a return processed and have yet to receive any communication in regards to my issue. I have reached out multiple times now and have been told that someone would be in touch and still no response. I would have made another purchase almost immediately had someone responded and processed my return.

Probably the worst service I have…
Probably the worst service I have gotten. I placed an order on July 7, after a few days I reached out to them in regards to my order and they said the item was not in stock, they would ship it next week, the week past and several emails later they cancelled the order once I put a claim on affirm after a month. Worst customer service I’ve seen in a while.

Habe am 25.6. per Mail ein Seabike 2.0 im Wert von 261€ bestellt und auch bezahlt, aber weder eine Versandbestätigung noch die Ware erhalten. Die Firma hat mich anfänglich vertröstet, reagiert aber seitdem weder auf Email noch ist jemand per Telefon erreichbar. Anzeige bei der niederländischen Polizei ist erfolgt.

Great service
I couldn’t find the item in stock anywhere else including the manufacturer, plus if anywhere else did get it back in stock I would have been paying double the price so I was a little skeptical as to whether or not my item would arrive, especially after reading some reviews. However, much to my surprise it did arrive, on time and in brand new condition. Would definitely order from Movesea again.

UPDATE:
After speaking to a live chat agent and emailing them once more, they have since cancelled the order and issued a refund. More communication would have been good.
We have been waiting 3 weeks for our order and despite me emailing them, I have heard nothing! Now, when I click on their website, it has disappeared! I think I’ve lost my money, and won’t have time to purchase what I need before we go away!

Happy to have received my order
Happy to have received my order, although later than promised after I sent an email reminder. On delivery of item via UPS I had to pay an additional shipping fee and upon evidence of this, I have been promised a full refund of that fee, which I am still waiting for. I will not use my Seabike until this is received
