Great service from Movesea
I bought my new SurfLogic swim bag through Movesea and had a great experience. The bag was dispatched the same day and arrived within a couple of days. It’s a great piece of kit and lived up to the reviews on the website. Great service, I’ll be back to buy more stuff soon!

Poor delivery and poor customer service
Poor delivery. Late and to the wrong location. The cost has been now refunded to me.
XS fins were ordered but the ones I received (although marked as XS) were many sizes too big for me, probably more an XL.
There is clearly a problem with the sizing of these fins which Movesea will not acknowledge.
I was very disappointed about the reply from customer services who told me "just to pull the straps tighter".
I replied requesting a refund but nobody answered for 4 days, in the meantime I put the payment into dispute.
UPDATE 17.9.24
I see that Movesea have replied to my review above, thank you.
However I take exception to their portrayal of the issue with these fins and the communications associated with them. I would refer them to my e-mail dated 9.9.24 and 10.9.24 where I was very clear that I had no option but to put the payment into disrepute as they were not responding and gave them adequate warning.
If Movesea put as much effort into sorting out the quality of their products and their Customer Service as they do into mitigating legitimate complaints it would save everyone a lot of time and money.
Once they confirm that they will refund the fins and make the collection for them as I have requested then I will cancel the dispute case.
My time is too precious to waste on Trivia like this.

1. The estimated delivery date for your order was August 22, 2024 - August 30, 2024, and your order was delivered on August 27 to the address you provided when placing the order. Nevertheless, as we always strive for customer satisfaction, we have refunded your shipping costs.
2. Regarding the size of the fins, when you first contacted us, we responded with a detailed explanation of the available solutions. It is important to note that the fins you ordered are designed to be used with neoprene booties, but you tested them barefoot. However, since the fins are too large for you, we guided you on how to initiate a product return by filling out the form on our website. Like any company, we have a procedure for product returns.
3. Unfortunately, you chose to open a chargeback case with your bank before returning the fins, effectively keeping both the product and the money. We find this behaviour unfair, as we have always tried to assist you.
We hope to resolve this matter in the best possible way for both parties.

The projected delivery time was not met…
The projected delivery time was not met on 2 occasions and this required chasing on my part to resolve. Also, despite having a uk office the item I ordered came from Spain, which I did not expect. If an item is on your site and marked as in stock then most people would expect it in the projected delivery time. On the whole unimpressed with the service. I will certainly not order from your company again.

Ordered a wetsuit noticed no progression with order status enquired about it . Was give the same generic e mail that other people have stated they have received. Was patient and waited to see wat would happen and enquired again when nothing changed to get the same massage again managed to cancel the order via the msg thing on there page and the guy was very rude after i asked to do so avoid movesae at all costs

Waste of money and time!!
I ordered a Wetsuits for Fishing and they showed me the delivery date between 22nd 30th of August, I sent and email to ask if I can get the my order a day before because I have to travel,,, I didn't get any response then I had no choice just to wait until the end of the month I still didn't get nothing no response no update about my order...

I ordered an item from this company. No update or delivery information. After a week I tried to contact them no answer via phone. I sent a number of emails no response. 4 days later I got a generic email saying they don’t hold all stock but my item would be delivered next week. 2 days later they cancelled my order. Complete waste of time. I’ll never buy from this company again.

Everything went wrong. First can’t contact anyone. Didn’t get my order. Wouldn’t recommend this place. Don’t order unless you just want to donate money. Very frustrating dealing with this company.
