I received my order in good shape, packaged nicely with no damage and everything was in great shape and accounted for. They arrived as promised and, on the day, predicted. My postal carrier even read the box and sat it upright which does not always happen! Thank you for healthy, sound plants and I highly recommend your company and practices to anyone interested in purchasing plants through the mail with good prices, great stock and timely shipping. My order came in a timely manner. All of my succulents were packed in a way that none of them were mashed nor misshappened. All of the succulents that I purchased are healthy. I am so happy with my order and am making a list for my next order.

Shortly after I received the text my package had shipped, I received one that there may have been a mix-up with my shipment and to let them know if it was not correct. When it arrived it was perfect! Packed great, very little soil spillage, no broken leaves on the aloes. I was very happy, and also appreciated the heads-up; I've never had a company do that before. I appreciate MCG so much.

Plants arrived intact. Much soil was not in pots, looks like the box had been turned upside down. No damage, except had to tend to plants faster given the loss of soil media. Plants are in new pots and not quite good. Good quality plants.

I received my order, but not to happy with it. The plants that were in pot had spill all in the box not sure if they will survive, but I guess time will tell. Thank you.

Easy shopping on this site as usual, fast shipping, received 2 days early, & products were perfect on arrival!

Overall got a lot of cute plants! One came in pretty diseased though and I'm working to bring it back. Two came shriveled, seemed like either under watered or not enough sun, potentially from shipping. Those two seem to be getting better though! Seems I might just be out one, which isn't bad considering I purchased around 10-15.

I’m disappointed. I have ordered from mountain crest before and have always received wonderful, healthy succulents. I waited for a long time to purchase my euphorbia Obesa from them. I wanted a really good specimen and thought I’d get that from mountain crest. Instead I received one that had deep, heavy scarring on every area of the top of the plant. For as expensive as this is in comparison to most of the other succulents im deeply disappointed. My Laui that I ordered was overwatered before Being put into the box and had mushy, black, rotting leaves.
