It pays to reread decriptions
Plants were well packed, healthy, bug free and gorgeous, but not all soft succulents as described. Customer service was very accommodating to give credit! Reordered the next week, but description had changed to include cold hardy, but I didn't notice. Again, all was perfect.

These succulents are exactly what I have been looking for ages. I couldn't find any anywhere near me in SW PA where I live. I'm so glad I found Mountain Crest Gardens! They had everything I was looking for and then some. They arrived safely to me, no damage at all. They were packed so carefully. I will definitely be a repeat customer as I am a huge succulent fan.

Beautiful plants for a great price!
When the plants got here, they were kind of shriveled up. But they also did get lost in the mail for over a week & that isn’t their fault. The mystery jade plant was beautiful & looked very healthy.
