We ordered Sweetbay magnolias a couple years ago from plant addicts! They came in beautiful shape and are growing great!

I ordered the Alice Oak Leaf Hydrangea.. Shipping was a little slow, delayed by one day due to operating conditions. Plant was packaged very well and the plant came in excellent condition. They also provided guidelines on how to plant. But the plant was much smaller than expected. They are very responsive in their chat feature but said that was the size
Of all of their plants.

I am grateful that I can order live plants online.

Being able to get live plants and not just seed

Learned a valuable lesson dealing with this company. First part of the lesson was about a hour after placing my order I asked if I could swap one the three tomato plants for another, an Early Girl for a patio. Was told they could cancel the Early Girl and then I could order the patio but pay an additional $12.50 shipping. So I left the order stand. Then six weeks later my order arrived. The soil in all three plants were completely dried out and the plants wilted and bone dry. These plants laid out were no more than 3-4 inches tall if they could stand up which they could not. One was completely under the soil except for one small leaf. I think the carrier must have turned the box upside down but if the soil had been damp it would have mattered. I wish I could include pictures. I contacted the company and among their excuses was “we ship plays in dry soil so they don’t grow in shipping” or just plant them and water them and they will grow, yeah “even though they are dead?” My words. When I purchased the plants I was given a warranty, free. So I asked for a refund. What I was offered was $20 for the $60 purchase. I told them to keep the money if they were that strapped for money. I tossed the dead plants. I normally don’t write very many reviews and mostly they are positive. One star is one too many.

Ordered last year and the plants were magnificent. They were carefully packed and each plant thrived the entire summer.

Follow ups . Never sent updates that the shipments would be delayed. Offered a whole 3 dollars off. Canceled the order . For the price you think the customer service would be better

Stunning Hydrangeas! The 'Haas' Halo Hydrangea is my absolute favorite. It has a flat top for the pollinators to land on... you can cut it back, shape it and it will grow will little or no fertilizer. Wow!

Website is responsive, easy to use and company has wonderful Customer Service! Plant stock arrived healthy and shipped as stated. They have a very wide variety of plants as well as providing the customer with a comprehensive amount of planting/growing/cultivating information. I am a satisfied return customer!
