I received my order a day early. The plants were perfect and I'm acclimating them to our summer Florida heat and sun and hope they love their new home.

I got my order on time and its perfect as always! Thank you so much Mountain Crest! I’m literally never buying succulents anywhere else and I always tell my friends about you all!! Thank youuuuuu :’)

The plants were alive and great condition. My mystery freebie was beautiful. My own fault for not paying attention to sizes so they were much smaller than anticipated but now I can watch them grow more.

I accidentally ordered one plant that I didn't mean to, it timely responded to, cancelled, and refunded prior to shipment. One that I received didn't look it's best. They promptly offered to replace (if available), refund, or credit + 10%. This is the first order after setting up an account with Mountain Crest, but I've placed many orders prior to this. This is the first time I've had to contact them for any reason and am completely satisfied and will continue ordering from them often. Definitely my favorite place to go for my succulents and cacti!!! 💗💗💗

As always, I was pleased with the plants I received & the quick shipping. I was really excited to see a refund had been credited to my order. I had question a 10% discount & it was explained to me that it did not include sale items. I was bummed & felt it should have been stated in the booklet with the discount information, but could understand their policy. Thanks MCG for valuing your customers. I appreciate that!

Order came in good condition in good time. Appreciated the free plant replaced the one that died from my previous order (Semp. 'Lemon Babies'). Would much prefer no packing materials that are not eco-friendly, ie no styrofoam. Starch or myco-foam? I am adamantly avoiding that material, and always compost or recycle the other materials you use (ie crinkle paper).

Shipping can be longer than I would like, but even so, I was still very excited to get my first plant from you guys. I am very happy with the packaging, and a bonus plant came with it. I am ordering another new plant from y'all today!!! Thanks!!

I give them 4 stars only because 3 plants should not have been shipped with the condition they are in. I placed three orders and they were all great except 3 were in poor shape, and not due to shipping issues.!They are really good at replacing poor quality plants so I am always really happy with this company. I realize humans pack the plants and sometimes they just don’t pay enough attention to how bad of shape they are in when they place them in the box. I ordered roughly 25 plants and only three bad is a pretty good percentage. I will continue ordering from this company as they always make good on their mistakes.

Delivered fast and packaged well. Healthy plants. I'm new to growing succulents. I wish my mystery gift was identified. :-) But, thank you for the gift. I will be fun to see it grow.

I was thrilled to receive my plants and on a timely manner too! They are absolutely fantastic! I ordered on for me and one for my nephews wife. He passed away in May and shes rightly feeling blue. I know she like succulents and I am so very confident that it will bring a little sunshine to her life.
