Went to buy car from motor range, met Tommee he was great!
Made the experience very stress free and easy!

I have purchased vehicles from Motor Range for many years and, based on my previous experiences, have recommended them to numerous friends and family members. Unfortunately, my most recent experience has been extremely disappointing and is not one that I would recommend to anyone.

I initially decided to proceed with a new vehicle. Due to negative equity on my current finance agreement, it did not make financial sense to part-exchange my existing vehicle, so I proceeded with a new agreement and paid a deposit.

Before signing the paperwork, I specifically confirmed with the salesman that, should I change my mind or something happen that meant I was unable or no longer wanted to proceed, I would still have my consumer right to cancel the agreement within 14 days. This was also confirmed with the finance department before I signed anything.

After taking some time to think about the decision and obtaining further information about my existing finance agreement, I decided that the new vehicle was not the right choice for me. I therefore contacted Motor Range less than 12 hours after signing the documents to confirm that I no longer wished to proceed.

I contacted both reception and the salesman I had been dealing with to make them aware of my decision. Despite this, it took almost two weeks for my deposit to be returned. I also had to contact the finance provider directly myself to ensure they were aware that I was not proceeding, despite being told by one of the managers that everything was already in hand and the agreement had been cancelled.

Throughout this process, I was promised multiple callbacks, emails and updates, but very little of this actually happened. The whole experience left me feeling as though, the moment it became clear that I wasn't going ahead with the purchase and they weren't going to receive the expected commission, the level of customer service completely disappeared.

I appreciate that salespeople work on commission and understand the commercial side of the business. However, as someone who has been a loyal customer for many years and has actively recommended Motor Range to friends and family, I expected that loyalty and relationship to count for something.

Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my opinion of the company. It isn't simply the fact that I changed my mind about a vehicle; it is the way the situation was handled afterwards and the lack of communication and customer care that has been most disappointing.

Motor Range have not only lost me as a customer, but also the friends and family members I have previously recommended to them. A real shame after many years of positive experiences.

Motor range deal with their customers very well everyone is friendly and efficient, they keep you updated by phone when the car is in for servicing, Ericka and all colleagues were lovely, thanks to everyone for a good experience.

Nick B made our experience at motor range very fun and exciting after my original car being written off he was able to find the perfect car for me was very helpful and answered any questions I had if you come to motor range make sure Nick b sorts you out.

Nick Olsen went out of his way to help us. He gave us his number to call if we had any questions. Motor range has numerous cars so there is always one that you would love. Definitely would recommend motor range. I wouldn’t use any other car seller.

If it wasn’t for how bad the service and aftercare have been, I would have given Motorrage Liverpool a much higher rating. The sales team were fantastic; however, the service and aftercare team have been appalling.

The way they have handled the issues with my car has been absolutely shocking. Aside from the fact that they returned my car with damage to it and an empty fuel tank, this has been the worst experience I have ever had with a dealership.

I would not recommend Motorrage Liverpool to anyone based on my experience.
