Great experience
Jason was extremely helpful and efficient. We identified potential cars and were helped to choose one which was then cleaned and presented to a high standard. All our questions were answered and the whole experience was smooth and friendly.

I decided I wanted to part exchange my Chevrolet matiz as it was a very old car and I wanted an upgrade and. a bigger car so decided to pay a visit to motor range and was greeted by your lovely lady salesperson Izzy Seddon she was fantastic really helped me in deciding which car I wanted from the start she was extremely helpful always with a smile on her face she made my experience smooth and straightforward from the 1st phonecall to the day of purchase she was fantastic throughout this process always kept me updated about the Nissan juke from it's mot to full valet all other works etc so I purchased a 68 plate nissan juke it's a cracking car I'm delighted to have a bigger newer car woupd highly recommend motor range to anyone wanting to part exchange there current vehicle or purchasing a vehicle from them.

Scumbags , don’t pay £99 to test drive a car, they lie through their teeth not to give you it back.
This is even after doing a deal to buy a car, this is how they treat customers. After chasing for weeks , being ignored by the sales guy and lied to on the phone numerous times I had to contact my bank to help me get the money back.BE WARNED

We’re sorry to read your review and completely understand your frustration regarding the delay in receiving your £99 refund.
We would, however, like to reassure you that there was absolutely no intention to withhold your money. We process customer deposit refunds every day, and unfortunately, on this occasion there was some confusion as three different vehicles had been reserved. One deposit was refunded correctly, while another was missed due to a miscommunication between the sales advisor and our accounts team. This was an honest mistake, for which we sincerely apologise.
We are disappointed by some of the comments made in your review, as deliberately withholding a customer’s money would not reflect how we operate or our company values.
Our General Sales Manager, Sam, has attempted to contact you personally to explain what happened and apologise, but unfortunately his call went to voicemail.
We’re pleased that you did ultimately purchase a vehicle from us and hope you’re enjoying your new car. Should there be anything further we can assist you with, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Stressful experience …
I purchased an automatic hybrid car at the beginning of June, two weeks later it broke down while I was on holiday, the recovery man managed to get it started. MotorRange ordered some parts for it but booked me in for a month later, I found out a few weeks later after it had broken down twice more that I shouldn't have been allowed to drive the car away when I first booked it in. My main complaint is that I was repeatedly refused a courtesy car which i eventually got off them after I had to hire a car myself. After having my car in to be fixed for 8 weeks it had not been sorted so they agreed to me getting a refund. I will not be returning to MotorRange for another car

Hello Margaret, we’re sorry to hear that you have been left disappointed with your experience, and we fully appreciate how frustrating it must have been to experience repeated issues with your vehicle so soon after purchase.
Unfortunately, vehicles have many working components and faults can occur unexpectedly. Once the issue was diagnosed, the required parts were ordered, and we were equally frustrated by the subsequent delay from our third-party supplier, which was unfortunately outside of our control.
We also appreciate your frustration regarding a courtesy vehicle. Our courtesy cars are subject to availability on a first come, first served basis, and unfortunately we did not have one available initially. As soon as availability changed, we were able to provide you with a vehicle to help keep you on the road.
Ultimately, we understood that you had lost confidence in the vehicle and, in an effort to bring the matter to a resolution, we agreed to purchase the vehicle back from you. We’re sorry that your experience with us has ended this way and wish you all the best with your next vehicle.
