I would rate them at a -100 if possible don't waste your time or money playing here they do nothing but jack you around lie to your face about the way they operate blast all over social media about how fast their redemptions are the games suck barley ever hit anything and when you finally do hit something it's always under review to be approved and the customer service is a joke they do nothing but blatantly lie to your face and things always have to be passed to another department your issue has been escalated to the relevant department and will contact you by email when we have an answer or they try to be apologetic and sound all nice but get nothing done customer service can do nothing they accomplish nothing they solve nothing they don't care they'll ignore your messages and make you wait until they feel like doing something. This is exactly why their sister casino zula couldn't make it when they started out it was pretty decent it's done nothing to go downhill customer service has gotten nothing but worse you can never talk to a supervisor or anybody that can get something done they just make you wait and wait and wait and wait and wait don't waste your money don't waste your time they're lying crooked thieves that need to be shut down I file a complaint with the local attorney general I filed a complaint with the better Business bureau and I filed a complaint with the Federal trade commission and I'm going to blast anywhere and everywhere I can about how much of a bogus deceptive site this is.
