I was loyal to Moozi for as long as I can remember, I came to the conclusion that This platform and the people that run it have only one thing on their minds. Your deposits. I am very very disappointed with Moozi. I had my funds disappear from a slot midplay and asked for an investigation, they said they looked into the matter and redirected me to the app. I asked customer support for a detailed play through record and was told that only they were allowed to see the findings of this error but was then told that I was not allowed to see this record, and they closed that case. Recently I had some winnings that I wanted to redeem and couldn't because I was told it needed verification. I don't understand this because I've been redeeming to the debit card with no issues for about one year, also the debit card that they said needed verifying was already verified with documents I had sent in about a year ago. They told me that lie about the verification needed before I could redeem. My redemption was held for over 12 hours, and i also received an email stating the redemption processed immediately. I later found out that the third party redeemers were having issues. Whatever that means. Their was no transparency and the support staff was no help. Megan, Olivia, Emily, and one other are not my favorite agents. One that stood out is Bella, I have not had any issues with Bella. She's a great agent. I liked Moozi but these past few incidents made me have a change of heart. They gave me the title of VIP player but I think they throw that word around loosely. If you want to try out a stand out up and coming Social Casino, I highly recommend Coinsback Social Casino. They give back to their players tremendously!!! Moozi you're losing it. I liked you, but I feel like I'm starting to not. Do better!!! -Helen B

Terrible! First the card redemption wasn’t working. I literally had to open up an account with a traditional bank in order to get my redemption! Do better!!!! You all should have other options available to your players because this is unacceptable

I will have to say that my first day using this site I redeemed 3 times and they were all instant. Today though I tried to redeem a measly $100 and they’ve marked it as “pending” so we’ll see how this goes…. I will update this once I receive my $100 that is if I receive it…..

I used to love Moozi bc redemptions were instant. I redeemed $100 tonight & it's still pending. There's no option to cancel & continue playing either so my money is just in limbo and not accessible. I've been verified for awhile & it's the same card I've always used & nothing has changed so there shouldn't be any issues. Moozi was in my top 3 sites to play on until now. They also gave no notice that it's no longer instant redemption. If u don't mind waiting up to 4 days to get paid according to support then it's a great site with alot of games.

Every week I get a promo code as a VIP. This week after i spent a good amount of moey, there was no promo code. There wasnt an explanation for it when i asked. Just no promo code. They will notify me when there is one. Been getting them every week for a long time. Wouldve like to know why i didnt get pne this week and thats all they said.
