I’d like to leave a very honest review. I’ve been playing with Moozi for a while now. I had zero issues in the beginning and even redeemed a few times. The redemptions were instant. I’ve had several gaming issues lately and I sent them all of the screenshots and recordings. They looked into these issues and stated there weren’t ANY issues, even though I had already sent them the screenshots/recordings. After this happening multiple times and Moozi refusing to address the issues I’ve contacted a lawyer and I have requested the mailing address to mail my formal complaint to. They REFUSE to give it to me!! I have screenshots of this as well but I notice trustpilot doesn’t have a place to upload them. Please be careful! They are stealing your money and have gotten away with it until now. When they refuse to give me the address… that should tell you everything you need to know.

It’s like this is the first time they are doing this or something .If being a casino is your business you should know how this process works and be transparent with your customers about it . Not vague sending AI emails . Moozi could have had the best review from me if they knew anything about customer service. Keep the customer informed and you keep them happy .
Update as of this morning my account on moozi has been updated and redemption has been reinstated I think but do not no for sure that 5000 is the max at a time not sure if you can do it multiple times a day or not but in my experience if you win big on moozi you will get paid just takes about 7 days for them to process it and maybe some email pressure. Process could be a lot more transparent but in the end I’m happy and would play with Moozi again
