My redemptions has always been instant
My redemptions has always been instant. Then all of a sudden I have to wait 1-2 days. I play just for the convenience of instant redemptions. Then Emily didn't answer my questions in chat about this matter. You'd think that they would know why. Instead of having to wait more for it to be transfered to a different department, and they have to look at everything then I have to wait more and more. Its only $100. I have had instant redemptions for way more then that. It's crazy how they pick and choose when it's instant and when it's not.

This casino operates in a fashion that resembles most toddlers when they throw a tantrum, they do whatever they want when they want all while drawing a line of the sand, tough our way or the highway. They demoted my VIP status from silver back all the way down to bronze 0% the absolute lowest the VIP can possibly be giving me a false reason behind the demotion saying it was a VIP transfer promotion which it wasn’t while fighting this and dealing with very rude customer support agents I managed to show enough proof for them to change it back to silver. I had my status back for a whole month and a half before they decided to knock it back down to bronze 0% siding the same BS excuse as they did before, calling it a VIP transfer promotion that ended. They are liars who can never be wrong no matter what proof you have. It doesn’t matter you don’t matter I signed up for my account in September 2024 two years of plane and deposits and now I am at the lowest possible tier for VIP possible , new sign ups. Have a higher VIP than I do right now. So stay away from Moozi their games rarely win anyways they will take from you as soon as they decide so. They are liars. They are toddlers throwing tantrums. They get what they want , you don’t matter.

They used to be the best of the best. Better than any other online casino by far! Something changed within the company that has caused them to turn into complete garbage! I have spent over $200,000 with them in the 7 months that I have been with them. I’ve reached the top VIP tier (black tier/invitation only) and even while holding a top vip status they started treating us like shit! My vip managers used to be amazing, now I literally cannot get a response from 1 of them and the other only responds once per day. Literally if I need to discuss something it’ll take a week or longer (whatever response I get is all I’m getting for 24 hours)!!!!! And lastly the bonuses moozi gives used to be the best bonuses I’ve ever seen in the online casino world, without warning my bonuses have been cut by 70-80%!!!! I sure hope things change so I can stay and continue being a loyal player, I have so much invested into these guys I want nothing more than to come back and edit this review because things get back to normal, until then this is my honest opinion.

So a couple of weeks ago I totalled my deposits to withdrawals and in the end I have lost every bit of the $35,000 plus in last 6 months. I have nothing to show for any of it. So I requested my account to be closed permanently. I asked different times and was offered free coins... I took them who wouldn't. Well I lost that another $2,000. I am sure they can figure out that I'm not into it for fun.. yeah it's fun to win but overall I have won nothing. I just want to say that they were inconsiderate and didn't not respect my requests to close the account.. so I self excluded the maximum of 90 days because I can't get them to close the account.

I like moozi , but y’all are making it so hard to hit on here and y’all don’t give free play $1.50 for a person who play everyday and your percentage take entirely too long to go up. I played this game every day and I don’t think I am a gold member yet losing 1000s.

Used to be in my top 3, even moving to the number 1 spot more recently. However, they hook you by letting you win and then suddenly flip a switch and no matter what game you play or how much you deposit, you will not win. Not just not win, but not even really have any back and forth. You certainly won’t ever get above $100 to cash out unless you start out by depositing much more than that. It’s disappointing. I thought I finally found my absolutely favorite. This one and another one are doing the exact same thing. I’d be cautious here.
