AVOID - awful quality and terrible customer service
Ordered a cantilever umbrella and weighted base, which arrived swiftly with next day delivery. When I opened the package and set the umbrella up, it had deep scratches right through the powder coating to the metal - so it'll rust. There's no less than 10 scuffs, dings, dents and scratches on the umbrella pole. The quality is terrible. Contacted them immediately and was offered £11 refund, which I declined, I asked for the product to be replaced. It's now more than a week later and customer service has stopped replying to my emails and I've not received a replacement - which is very much needed in this weather. Don't waste your money with this company.

Order arrived within 2 days that's the only positive, but there was a vital part missing, tried to contact them by phone and went straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail and sent an email, no reply. Still awaiting the missing piece! The furniture was a nightmare to put together, screw holes missing, made it impossible to put together. It's more hassle than it's worth to be honest.

Only fault was I didn’t realise the parasol does not swing around to cover a different area.

Arrived really quickly and the corner sofa, table, stools and cantilever parasol are fantastic! Great value for money. Only slight downsides were that the QR code for the instructions didn’t work so had to find it ourselves online and it was a bit tricky to assemble with some of the holes not lining up properly. I read the same issues on other outdoor furniture from other suppliers so it does seem to be a universal issue at the manufacturers end. Overall we are really delighted with the set especially as it was reduced to half price! Really impressive garden set for the money! I’ve seen less well made sets in shops that cost twice as much if not more.

Products all as expected apart from some minor issue with one of the parts breaking. Replacements sent and delivered next day. Products really well priced and I recommend buying directly rather through another vendor.

Ich habe über Obelink einen Absorber Kühlschrank von Monstergroup bestellt und erhaltenes nirgends erwähnt war dass der zb. In Deutschland für Wohnmobile nicht zugelassen ist.
Die Rücksendung und Rückerstattung des Betrages hat sich zu einem Aussitzen ,einen fregekrecht Verarschen usw Enrwickelt,keinerlei Bemühungen das Problem zu lösen aber immer dasselbe Märchen wir kümmern uns darum usw. Oder bei jeder Nachfrage,wir benötigen noch Ihre Adresse und das 3mal in 2 Stunden,Finger weg von der Firma Achon 3 Wochen Urlaub in den Sand gesetzt ohne Kühlschrank

Ratan Garden Set
Ratan Garden Set, with fire pit
As a first time customer I was not impressed. The order arrived the following day after ordering which I was pleased about.
Until I was informed one of the packages was missing and out of the 3 that arrived the box with the fire pit table in all the glass was smashed, so I refused to accept the parcel.
It was then really dificult to contact monster shop either by phone or having to wait 72hrs for a email reply.
It took a week to get the damaged item replaced, Not a great experiance.

Scam company stole £90 never delivered…
Scam company stole £90 never delivered product.
Absolutely rubbish ordered a product I’ve now been waiting 3 weeks for and still hasn’t been delivered. When I asked what was going on they lied and claimed it had been delivered despite the tracking clearly showing it being bounced around depots. I am out of pocket for £90 with no fencing and no reasonable idea when, if at all, I might receive my item. I am now trying to go through the process of a chargeback to get my money back. I wrote a review for their website which they requested and then promptly got an email saying it has been taken down as it was against their guidelines.It was an honest and polite review so no reason it should be taken down other than it being a negative review. I can’t express how disappointed I am and how strongly I encourage everybody to avoid this company.

Does exactly what its designed for.
Product exactly as described and works really well. My husband when he washes and dries his truck uses thick drying cloths and this works perfect to wring them out. Thought it might help as he gets older and the wrists are not as strong. Its heavy duty but not heavy weight a very sturdy mangle. He wouldn't be without it now. Well worth the money and I would definitely buy from this company again.

Shopping experience was great, my furniture set came really quickly as well and I love it! My partner said it was easy to put together however we were missing two nuts for the handle on the fire pit and the ignition doesn’t work so we have to light it with a lighter which is a little annoying but easy enough to deal with ◡̈ overall I’m happy with product and the price, thought it was actually AMAZING price wise and you got 10% off for your first purchase!
