I looked on your site and found the tall I was looking for. I’ve used these tools over the years. I like the multi ones and I was very pleased when it came because it was a decent machine. We’ll see how it gets on in the next couple of months but thank you very much. Next day delivery there wasn’t any. I know there was a bank holiday but I didn’t receive it for five days, but I wouldn’t worry because it came and I’m very pleased thank you very much. I will use you again if this is the quality of your equipment and the price cause it was very competitive. Now I’m using big words thank you so much. See you in the future thank you Mark satisfied customer. AARRR

We ordered from Monster Shop and they used DX delivery to send our order. We opted for next day delivery as I was off work on the Friday.

The order never came. Monday comes around and my partner calls Monster shop complaining (on voicemail as nobody answered) as I had now had to take another day off work as this is a very expensive item that needed to be signed for and they came up with some excuse and said that it'd be with us Tuesday (today) so I again had ANOTHER day off work and I'm self employed so completely missing out now on a few days worth of wages. We also never received an estimated time slot from DX so all I knew was at some point today it was supposed to arrive, so I couldn't leave the house all day.

So 10am I hear a van arrive - we live down a fairly quiet lane so its noticable when a vehicle comes down and stops. I was upstairs at the time, and by the time I came down and put on my shoes to walk outside I see the driver reversing back up the lane and driving off!!

I quickly call my partner and tell him and he contacts DX instantly, so which they respond "no that wasn't our driver, they will be with you between 3 and 5".

Meanwhile I'm looking back on our cctv which clearly shows them pull up outside, open the back door of the van, wait a few seconds, close the door and get back in and drive off. Bare in mind that was all less than one minute and he didn't even knock on our door. Didn't even step foot in the driveway in fact!

Fast forward to 5.15pm and the exact same van turns up with our delivery and the man had the worst attitude towards me although I was extremely kind as I have anxiety and hate confrontation.

Will not be using monster shop or DX delivery again.

Next day delivery means next day - not multiple days later with no explanation or update!

Item ordered 9 days ago, received a WhatsApp saying enjoy your new item??? Yet to receive it.

Tried to call, no answer, tried to email, no answer, extremely poor aftersales service. Don't be fooled by these guys, cheap price but terrible service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

Great quality garden furniture at a really reasonable cost. The website was easy to navigate and made the buying process simple. The only improvement would be clearer information about delivery timings as there’s a risk of not being home to receive it. Overall very happy with the purchase, and definitely recommend.

Hier een loungeset besteld met erg veel beschadigingen, verkeerde montage en alie express kussens, is geen kwaliteit te noemen! Tevens hele slechte service! Pas op!

Scammers Avoid! REPLY: I send parcels every week, and issues like this usually take less than a few hours to resolve. Your explanation is simply not credible. At this point, I believe you are being dishonest, and this whole situation feels like a scam.

Really impressed with this company after initially being sceptical. I had a few questions and although you cannot get through by calling them if you leave a message they do call you back and if you email they reply - I did both. Also, I had a minor issue with small incorrect part and they have sent a replacment straight away, no questions asked. The item aluminium corner sofa set with glass table in black also exceeded my expectations. It is, in the garden furniture world, a budget item but it is robust and well finished with thick cushions. I am really happy with my purchase

Absolutely horrendous customer service no one gets back to you they don't even work weekends still not got what I ordered meant to be next day delivery nearly a week now cant track the item as no tracking info won't ever use again glad I went through klarna so I can get a refund DO NOT USE THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY im going to companies house and the ombudsman with proof these are scammers

The rattan furniture was poorly constructed.bolts weren't long enough.had to but my own.half the panels weren't labeled the seat bases all marked the same but holes were different.somes holes didnt line up.had to drill my own.3 of the nut inserts popped out when tightening the screws and the 3 sections dont even connect together.too much of a hassle to sent back.hopfully I'll get 2 summers out it but won't be buying again

HORRIFIC!…Do not buy from this company!
Missing parts and even if all the parts had been there it would have been pointless as the screw holes don’t even meet…I’m talking half an inch out on every single item except one stool which did actually work!
This is not fit for purpose and if my husband and I had googled this company before ordering we would never have ordered. Stay clear of this company is my only advice!

Ordered for next day delivery and unfortunately the sofa didn’t turn up until 3 days later and then only half arrived and still waiting for the remaining parts. Unable to call and speak to anyone you have to leave a message due to high ticket volumes!

Amazing delivery service dog trolley came within two days from ordering it on line. The dog trolley came well Packaged and undamaged, the trolley came with instructions how to assemble the trolley and it was so easy to assemble it. Very pleased with the purchase.
