Company doesn’t return any correspondence. Supplied a faulty generator which was clearly used and now gone radio silent. £1000 out of pocket. Utter shambles or a scam I’m not sure what’s worse

Terrible company, terrible products
Terrible company. My item arrived broken into little pieces, had to send them photos and videos of what was broken and they still sent the wrong items, I had to make do, then eventually it broke completely again and when I told them I had to glue it back together as a temporary fix they deemed that “glad to hear I’ve fixed it” terrible I won’t be buying anything from them again.

An issue with delivery but this was eventually resolved
I ordered from this company because the item was a very reasonable price. It was shipped to me very quickly (next business day) I did have an issue with the item as the tabletop was smashed when it arrived. I knocked off one star because I was trying to resolve the issue but having no luck getting a response so it took posting a negative review before they reached back out. That aside though we did come to a resolution in the end and I am satisfied with the outcome! Thanks for working with me on that.

Delivery was next day as promised, the table top was damaged I contacted customer service to report the damage they got back to me within 24hrs as promised and a new table was delivered the very next day

What a surprisingly good website and very good quality furniture
We were anxious initially ordering from the website as we hadn't heard of it before but it had the garden furniture we wanted and at a great price. Next day delivery turned into the day after delivery which was still very prompt. The furniture arrived very well packaged and the delivery man helped carry it round to my back garden. The furniture itself initially looked challenging to build but actually the instructions which we downloaded were pretty easy to follow. The furniture looks so pretty on our new patio and looks really good quality considering the price. The cover is also better then previous furniture covers which we have received. We are thoroughly enjoying our new garden furniture and would definitely order off this website again.

Great deal with outdoor furniture. Only issue table come with 3 thread bigger that screws supplied so I have to re drill for bigger little diy didn’t bother to deal with sending back .
