Fantastic after reading the reviews about this company I was hesitant but they dispatched my item fast using DHL and it arrived 2 days later all parts and brand new and as described very happy customer give them a try I saved over £50 quid by using them faultless service thanks excellent 5in1 strimmer and saw and trimmer 🤠😎🤑

4 frame electric honey extractor while not easily suitable for the smallest frames does work very well indeed.
Easy to clean and move I can see I’ll be using it for many years to come.

Brought T-Mech5 in 1 multi tool does not work. Got in touch with monster shop can't talk to enyone on phone. All done on email keep asking me to send photos and videos of it not working. Still no refund or replacement with one that works waste of £108 pounds do not buy enything from this company 😒

Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, but took a while for delivery. I contacted customer support who advised me that the item had went missing in transit. Was told a new one was being sent out, this item arrived 2 days later, throughout the process the customer support where superb who kept me informed. The product is a petrol strimmer, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, shrub cutter along with an extension pole. Putting everything together was pretty easy, although the instructions could be better. The machine itself works great

They let us down badly
Ordered from monster shop a dj booth which was a very reasonable price. When we came to open the item we discovered that that no screws were supplied to secure the base. We contacted them to see if they could help us either to replace the screws or give us the dimensions so we could buy them locally. They refused and advised us to contact sales and buy the pack. No customer service was offered and we feel very let down. Just a little help would of meant the world to us. Terrible service not recommended at all.

Unfortunately, as the order was originally placed on 13/12/2025 and the missing screws weren't reported to us until 29/06/2026, we were unable to provide replacement parts under our usual after-sales process due to the significant time elapsed since purchase.

I placed my order on 28 May
I placed my order on 28 May, and I’m writing this review on 8 July. I’m still waiting for my refund.
The first package arrived incomplete, so I had to wait over 10 days for the missing box. When it finally arrived, parts were still missing, so I had to wait another 10 days. To make matters worse, the replacement part they sent was damaged.
Once I thought I had finally received everything, I started unpacking the boxes and discovered that the table was damaged as well. At that point, I decided to return the entire order.
I then had to wait another week for the courier to collect it, and now I’m still waiting for my refund.
I would strongly advise against buying from this company. They have caused me to spend the best part of the summer without any furniture because of their poor service and repeated mistakes.
