First time using Monster
First time using Monster. I had a issue with my shipment (totally my fault) as when I placed the order PayPal had used an address I haven't lived at for years. I discovered this days later and after the shipment had gone out. I contacted Monster and they got in touch with DHL. The package was redirected so all good. Also great price for what I bought and quick delivery. I would recommend them to others.

Purchased a radiator Dec 2025
Purchased a Traditional 2 column radiator, 1500 x 202 Dec 2025. unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, unable to connect to system until July 2026, house renovation.
When connected found to have a pinhole water leak at a bad weld on top of radiator at bleed screw. Sent photos showing that the radiator was unfit for purpose and the leek, this was totally ignored.
On contacting Monstershop there reply is not able to to replace as out of 1 month return policy. Where is my statutory 12 month guarantee. What sort of company is this?. This is my first and last time buying anything from them. You cannot even find who owns the company.
The company responded to my review, reiterating there no help policy. How can they be allowed to sell a product not fit for purpose and get away with it?? Within an 8 month period. Beware buying from Monstershop, obviously selling rubbish with no comeback on them, just setting policy to opt out and take your money.

I was very cautious due to the cost…
I was very cautious due to the cost being so low, received the 5in1 strimmer, hedge cutter , mini chain saw within 3 days.
Then I began to get a bit excited as it seemed to be rather well made. Put it together with the strimmer attachment and weed wicker head, filled the tank with petrol (e5) mix, started it, let it tick over for ten minutes, and did the jungle at the back of my house, it’s done a pretty good job, have yet to try the other heads.

Absolutely shocking service purchased a water feature in April developed a fault 2 months later email them to advise this and waited 3 days for a reply and they requested a short video clip of the fault which I did the same day then Absolute radio silence literally just ignored me so I emailed a couple more times and 8 days later NOTHING wow what a company i will have to get my credit card provider involved in this ,so my advise to anyone who thinks about making a purchase with this incompetent company is simply DON'T

Very poor quality chipper. It does state 102mm how ever is is more like maximum 85mm logs that can be chipped.
Wet logs get stuck regularly, extremely poor assembly instruction.

Avoid if you value quality and customer service.
I ordered the Rattan Corner Set – Black for £649.99, expecting a premium-quality product based on how it was advertised. Unfortunately, the reality couldn’t have been more disappointing.
My partner and I were happy to assemble it ourselves, but the quality was shocking from the start. Many of the parts didn’t align correctly, making assembly incredibly difficult. The stools were the worst part – they simply couldn’t be assembled at all, they don’t even align so I can’t even make one stool.
The overall finish is nowhere near what I’d expect for something marketed as a luxury garden set. The rattan was already broken in places, there were loose threads coming from the stitching, and the back cushions, which are supposed to have a button-effect finish, look awful. You can actually see the inner stuffing through them, making the whole set look cheap and poorly made.
What has made this experience even worse is the customer service. I’ve been in contact with Monster Shop since 19th June, and I’m still waiting for replacement items. Responses take several days each time, dragging out what should have been a straightforward resolution. The lack of urgency and communication has been incredibly frustrating.
For a purchase costing £649.99, I expected far better quality and far better after-sales support. Instead, I’ve been left with a faulty product and an ongoing battle to get the issue resolved.
