Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, but took a while for delivery. I contacted customer support who advised me that the item had went missing in transit. Was told a new one was being sent out, this item arrived 2 days later, throughout the process the customer support where superb who kept me informed. The product is a petrol strimmer, chainsaw, hedge trimmer, shrub cutter along with an extension pole. Putting everything together was pretty easy, although the instructions could be better. The machine itself works great

They let us down badly
Ordered from monster shop a dj booth which was a very reasonable price. When we came to open the item we discovered that that no screws were supplied to secure the base. We contacted them to see if they could help us either to replace the screws or give us the dimensions so we could buy them locally. They refused and advised us to contact sales and buy the pack. No customer service was offered and we feel very let down. Just a little help would of meant the world to us. Terrible service not recommended at all.

I placed my order on 28 May
I placed my order on 28 May, and I’m writing this review on 8 July. I’m still waiting for my refund.
The first package arrived incomplete, so I had to wait over 10 days for the missing box. When it finally arrived, parts were still missing, so I had to wait another 10 days. To make matters worse, the replacement part they sent was damaged.
Once I thought I had finally received everything, I started unpacking the boxes and discovered that the table was damaged as well. At that point, I decided to return the entire order.
I then had to wait another week for the courier to collect it, and now I’m still waiting for my refund.
I would strongly advise against buying from this company. They have caused me to spend the best part of the summer without any furniture because of their poor service and repeated mistakes.

Faulty order and private information passed on
The order arrived faulty last week and missing cushions. The customer service have made no attempt to rectify this problem. In addition, a note was contained within the package which contained another customers personal details.

Easy to order and quick delivery. Product for me not as deluxe as described l. Instructions were poor to start with but the quality of the cushions were poor, advertised as thick but no where near the sizes given and just poor quality foam used so not that comfortable. First time using Monster
First time using Monster. I had a issue with my shipment (totally my fault) as when I placed the order PayPal had used an address I haven't lived at for years. I discovered this days later and after the shipment had gone out. I contacted Monster and they got in touch with DHL. The package was redirected so all good. Also great price for what I bought and quick delivery. I would recommend them to others.

Easy and precise assembly instruction.
Being hyper critical the included advertised "leg guards" are so small they only fit on my forearms.
Having said that the product looks and feels good and was easy to use ...

Purchased a radiator Dec 2025
Purchased a Traditional 2 column radiator, 1500 x 202 Dec 2025. unfortunately due to circumstances beyond my control, unable to connect to system until July 2026, house renovation.
When connected found to have a pinhole water leak at a bad weld on top of radiator at bleed screw. Sent photos showing that the radiator was unfit for purpose and the leek, this was totally ignored.
On contacting Monstershop there reply is not able to to replace as out of 1 month return policy. Where is my statutory 12 month guarantee. What sort of company is this?. This is my first and last time buying anything from them. You cannot even find who owns the company.
The company responded to my review, reiterating there no help policy. How can they be allowed to sell a product not fit for purpose and get away with it?? Within an 8 month period. Beware buying from Monstershop, obviously selling rubbish with no comeback on them, just setting policy to opt out and take your money.
