Shockingly bad and poorly organized repair process
It took months for me to get my wheelchair repaired. There is no formal process like a form to fill in with details. My details were failed to be put on the system by the first representative. Things like quotes, giving payment, getting sent a box, getting the exact process for the repair were like pulling teeth.

Folding electric wheelchair that is so easy to operate. Very comfy seating. Strong bodywork that is sure to last many years to come. Easy to handle the controls, and most important its in the colours of my football team

Excellent service from MobilityPlus…
Excellent service from MobilityPlus themselves and excellent product, but docked a star for the delivery by DX. Delivery didn't turn up on expected day, and no communication about this from DX. Boxes when they arrived were very battered, but fortunately contents undamaged. Delivery driver was very friendly however.

Early days yet
Early days yet, I only purchased last week. the sales process was very efficient. Grace was very informative and guided me to the correct choice for my particular circumstances.
The chair arrived without the user manual. I spoke to Michael and received an email copy almost before I put the phone down.
Very happy so far.
