MobilityPlus Wheelchairs Anmeldelser

The chair itself seems great. My dad is really pleased with it.
However our experience of ordering the chair and delivery was not great. The order was initially lost so took longer to reach us. My dad paid extra to have it installed and his old chair removed however the driver who arrived struggled to do so and my daughter had to help him carry the old chair out of the house. If she hadn't been there the driver would not have managed on his own.
The company responded quickly and apologised for the inconvenience and offered a refund of part of the set up fee.

I can thoroughly recommend this branch of the company in Worksop for any wheelchairs and mobility aids. The aftercare is exceptional and gives reassurance that if you have problems, no matter how simple, they will always respond in a helpful way. Once I had to send a photo to the Essex office to see what the problem was and by return of post I received the part and everything was fine again. Can't recommend them too much!

Very helpful friendly service. Brilliant products and not extortionate prices.

The staff were very helpful, listened to our needs and found us a very good solution. We brought a lightweight electric wheel chair that can be driven from the chair or by a carer walking behind it. All going really well.

Very helpful good advice Very polite and good knowledge of the mobility sector

The Rollator 2 in 1 is simply the best wheelchair and the most innovative I’ve ever seen. A serious motorcycle accident in May nearly cost me my right leg but was saved with some amazing surgery in Derriford.

The Rollator has given me access to mobility which I didn’t have before and the ability to walk properly strengthening my leg, and sit down when I’m knackered!! But the most amazing feature is where everything folds into the frame including the foot supports then closes for transport.
Outstanding

Efficiency & clarity

5 stars for the team. Managed to sort a courier problem quickly and politely. Very happy with chair.

Just perfect

I have currently purchased a Nova ultra light carbon chair, it took a few days for it to arrive but happy it arrived. Its really nippy and the joystick is quite sensitive, but shouldn't take too long to get used to. It doesn't like going up kerbs either, its something that i will have to try and master. The seat is quite small and not as comfortable as i thought it would be, it will be fine for what I need it for though. The look of it is really nice and the carbon gives it quite a nice look and feel. Overall its not a bad wheelchair but could be a bit better for the price.

Great product at great price. Needed some replacement parts damaged by an airline, sent out with a small charge, great service.

Easy transaction, fast delivery, well packaged to avoid damage, all round good service

I had Rocky demo my new auto fold power chair, and it was great showed me thoroughly the auto fold remote control which can even move to you and it also has LED strip light at back so very happy.

Very good techn ition very good explaining things to me,very good

Easy to order, fast delivery and simple payment options. The mobility scooter is exactly as described and what I needed, I've got my freedom back thank you 💞

Fantastic price compared to similar elsewhere. Fast delivery. This walker has made a massive difference to my dads mobility. Excellent company

This is my second purchase from MobilityPlus and on both occasions I have been very impressed with the service, communication and the delivery.
I highly recommend this company.

They was polite on the phone and very very helpful

Bought a 4wheeled walker champagne colour. Built for larger users. Very easy to connect wheels etc.
Second day the seat collapsed with me sitting on it. Most of the nuts and bolts of the frame were loose and the cross frame collapsed completely. My grandson found the correct tools for the job and fixed the problem although it wasn't an easy job and I would have struggled to do it myself.
About 3 weeks later the screws came loose from the back rest and were lost as I was using it at the time. And didn't see where they went. I have not been able to use the back rest since as it is hexagonal bolts etc.

Very scary at the time and really affected my confidence.

The shop assistant was great, showed me everything and let me lose test driving it
