I honestly can’t recommend Paul highly enough.

When our Mercedes c200 developed a fault we felt completely out of our depth. We tried a local garage that advertised themselves as Mercedes specialists, but we came away feeling really disappointed by the lack of customer service and confidence they inspired.

Then we found Paul.

From the moment I spoke to him on the phone, I felt reassured. He took the time to listen, explained everything in a way we could understand. His knowledge is second to none, but what really stood out was how honest, kind and genuinely caring he was. It’s so rare these days to find someone who puts their customers first.

Paul went above and beyond to help us, his prices were very fair, and it was obvious that he takes real pride in his work. We came away feeling relieved, looked after, and confident that our car was in the best hands.

I needed a service on my 2016 SL400. Found Paul on Google, made contact with him and got a price, a few days later the car was serviced at home using genuine Mercedes Benz parts. He's fare in his pricing, he's most reliable and definitely knows his work. Very honest and friendly even diagnosed the car and advised me what to do. He is now my permanent contact and will definitely use him again and also recommend him to friends. I have driven Mercedes all my life and trust him more then I would trust a dealership as I have had a bad experience in the past.

very expensive.he charge me £225 just to plug his laptop in.he couldnt find any codes.looked around the engine couldnt find anything.this whole process took 30mins.then charged me £225.i wont use him again

Paul has been very helpful in diagnosing faults with my CLK63.

I initially contacted Paul with a view to him visiting me to diagnose an engine fault on my Mercedes E220CDi. (118,000 mikes).
Being some miles from me and realising that I had some mechanical knowledge Paul suggested l investigate a possible timing chain failure which I did and which proved to be the issue (broken guide). Unfortunately the repair cost was uneconomical and so the car will be disposed of.

Excellent. Had an issue with my Maybach and Paul was able to quickly remotely diagnose and resolve it. He has a deep and broad knowledge of Mercedes-Benz cars and will be my first call going forward for any technical or service queries.

Replaced Gloplugs and Control Unit, excellent job. Arrived when he said he would and carried out the work effortlessly. So good my uncle used him too.

Contacted Paul after finding Mobile Mercedes Mechanic via a search. He was not able to visit due to being off on paternity but offered to help on the phone and quickly responded to many text messages - resulting in correctly identifying an AC pressure sensor fault and a failing battery.

He gave me some invaluable advice and introduced me to a local MB specialist for the repair I needed.

I would not hesitate to recommend him, and I certainly plan to use his services in future as I was hugely impressed by his MB knowledge and his approach in general.

Paul changed all four discs and pads on my c class coupe. The weather was really poor when he arrived so we agreed to postpone to the next day. Hours later the sun was back out and Paul called to see if I was still available. He returned despite a long journey back to me and completed the job into the evening. Really pleased with the work and service from Paul who also provided some tips on things to look out for in my car model as the car ages. Will definitely use again! Many thank Paul.
