An exceptional mechanic as well as the whole experience. Paul is highly knowledgeable, experienced, reliable and beyond professional. One of a kind. Can't recommend highly enough and I know what I am talking about as I tried to find someone for a year but noone could really understand what was wrong with my car or they gave me wrong diagnosis, and after they did "repair", the car was faulty again in a week.

Needed a repair on our C class. Found Paul by chance on the webb. Paul was able to accommodate us regarding the repair. Made contact, got a price and the following day our car was fixed. He's fare in his pricing, he's reliable but more importantly he knows his stuff and is genuinely fellow. He is now a permanent contact in our phones and we highly recommend his services. I have a transmission malfunction error message and dead battery (two separate issues).

I’ve previously had a less than ideal experience with a local Independent Mercedes garage and I don’t really have main dealership money at the moment. I was impressed with Paul’s website / reviews so thought I’d give him a go. Called him and explained I lived on the SE London / Kent border and was looking for some help. Even over the phone it was clear he was someone who knew what he was doing so I was happy to go ahead.

He came today and was able to accurately diagnose the problem and tell me exactly what was wrong.

What I appreciated most is the time he took to explain what was going on in terms I understood. I felt free to ask as many questions as I needed and anything I was unsure about he was happy to explain further. I also liked that he took the time to discuss my options with me and I didn’t feel any pressure to make any decisions then and there. He also took the time to speak with my husband on the phone and explain it to him as well.

Booked in for afternoon, few days in advance to change 2 struts (1 had blown so car can't drive) and all brake discs and pads as per quote with all parts supplied by myself. Arrived at 4.30pm just to say that they could not do it because might run into problems as they could not hear the compressor for airmatic making noise even though the car was rising when pressing the raise car button, except for the blown air spring corner... Only asked for straight forward mechanical parts swap, nothing much else. Hey never mind, only cost me a day off on a day and the rest, where could have found somebody else but got first impression that they would do it in first place!

I'm a nice guy, thank you very much! And I was not gonna blame You, if after replacing struts, which one of them is clearly blown and faulty(hence can't drive the car as it's one corner is dropped and not lifting), we had found out that compressor was on it's way out. All I needed doing was to replace 2 front struts so I could drive the car to the garage to address further faults and to also replace brake discs and pads and work on engine. The compressor was still somehow lifting the car as it should when pressing the raise car button, except for one blown airspring corner. Nevermind.
And 3 stars is not a bad review.

Paul was great. He was game for a slightly unusual situation whereby he helped to inspect a couple of cars, assist in the transfer and collection of a car and carry a number of repairs to selected car that he had diagnosed as needing to be fine (some urgent some less so) - all with me being 6,700 miles away. When we picked the car up we were straight into a six week trip where it was used it for a multi-country trip of 5,000 miles - it was faultless. Found him to be trustworthy, punctual and a good communicator. The purchase of the car from that distance wouldn’t have been possible without him - thanks Paul!
