Account restricted without no reason
Just 800 euros inside.
No sospocius transfer made.
From the begin just opened account. Funded with about 1000 euro then no transfer made in or out.
Now I formally request to withdrawal my money.
They said account is restricted.
This without any specific reason
They don't ask further documents or anything in order to clear and they don't give any time frame for have my money back.
It's just a scam.
That's it.

week later payments are not working.
tried to withdraw my money back (to where it came from, my own account in germany) but they decline my transfer.

i think this will go belly up and we need to beg to bet our money back at the european union. congratulations mistertango - how does it feel to keep my money hostage? it's not like people don't need to pay rent or depend on their money

personal account suspended for no reason, I cant get to my business account through and money transfers not completed even after several days after transaction is made. I am paying these guys 99 EUR monthly for this bad services. missing now several thousand euros.

I WAS very happy with this service till last week. All of a sudden they abruptly closed off my account blocking my funds. Already sent 2 emails but no answer (except for the automatic one). This is NOT how you treat your clients!!!

MisterTango is a scam!!!! They refuse to give back funds placed with them, merely just freezing the account...sending their pathetic generic email of sorry you had to experience this (yea right) please contact support and you might need to provide documentation.
Ok so does your support team even use their email? WHERE is this team??? WHY do they not respond without their generic email.

Investigation on my account since 18.03.2019
Hello,
On 18.03.2019 i have received a message from MisterTango about started investigation on my account. I asked how long will it take and answer was: "It can take up to 90 days". When 90 days have passed, on 19.06.19 i wrote a message regarding my account. Their support told me that they haven't received any information from the responsible department. Last time i heard from them was a 2nd of July, they told me that there were still no information. It is 24.08.19 already. More then 5 months i can't access my account. I wright here to ask you when will i be able to access my account or at least withdraw my money? And what kind of investigation can take up more then 5 month? I hope to receive a proper answer and not one more message about responsible department.
