Got a phone call this morning regarding the the watch been told it's been sent out today the only thing is I have not received a email yet got one of royal mail about the pagage I am sending back as we got the pendant but as far as that I was happy with the experience I got this morning

I was promised a wrist alarm when I purchased this but was sent Medallion type until the wrist one became available.
I have phoned and told the beginning of August did not materialise, phoned again told the beginning of Sept.
Have tried phoned several times since but recording days everyone busy and to leave name and number then promptly told the mailbox is full no longer able to receive messages. I have emailed,and to date I've had no reaction. I am very concerned.

I was well impressed with

I had a good friendly phone call with Brad who talked to me throu everything, i needed to know was clear and concise .Answered any queries I needed to know about. It.made a very pleasant to be able to talk to a live person, not a robotic voice or list of multiple questions . Ive no doubt at all that I have made the right decision in choosing your product. Especially with such such a good customer service team for support

great when they wanted my buisness signed up unit came no charger lead phoned was told will put in post arrived today 1wk later last thur tried unit didnt work monitoring called and said unit was faulty as they were unable to talk through it told me to retry and same happened phoned medialarm goes to message system was called back they confirmed software problem promised to call back later that afternoon or ist thing fri now 10pm monday and still waiting tried unit again today still faulty have send 3 e mails and phoned 3 times not 1 reply even e mailed sales person no reply how can u trust these people with ur welfare when they treat u like this
