Na een eerste mail gestuurd te hebben, meteen correct te woord gestaan door Wouter. Hij garandeerde dat de Ibanez upright bass binnen enkele dagen af te halen zou zijn. Alle vragen wordt correct beantwoord. Ook over de nazorg niets te klagen. Het team straalt passie voor het vak uit. De winkel is gezellig ingericht. Topper!.

Again a very good experience with Max Guitar. I decided to get some amplification on two of my guitars and Laurence did a great job. He installed the L. R. Baggs anthem system on my Collings D1A and my Gibson AJ (both guitars sounds brilliant with it, and removed a big scratch on the latter so good that you´re not able to see where it was. Friendly, competent, and also the price of the Baggs Systems and his Luthier work was really fair. And, of course, it´s also a pleasure to visit the shop to see and play one ore more of the guitars there in stock. Thanks a lot and I´ll be back soon.

They are very communicative and helpful. I’ve had general issues with international shipments in the past, so I was a bit hesitant when placing my order. However, my guitar arrived with UPS in just 2 days. It was exceptionally well packaged, exceeding my expectations, and everything was perfect.

The guitar is simply awesome!
A great addition to my other Heritage Custom core H150 with Humbuckers.
I had to have a P90 guitar to get that extra sparkle when needed.
I was however a little confused because I had not received any shipment confirmation and tracking number.
But it arrived well and plays like a charm.

Items not in stock that were showing as in stock on line, this was only advised approx 3 working days later, post the order being placed. A kind man offered an item nothing like what I ordered as a replacement ! Either they are flat out with online deliveries or they are just really slow.

so an update, they sent me this in reply to the above. Making me out to be a fool for not knowing their procedures and that online only means they dont stock them. Asking me to amend my rating. The cheek is unreal! However, this is in stark contrast to the information offered when telling me there was no stock which i have also kindly included for all to see.

reply to above: Dear Jon, Thank you for your review. however the item you ordered was an ONLINE ONLY item...these items are never in stock in our store, but sent directly by the distributor. this is why they are listed as ONLINE ONLY. So although we are sorry for the delay. The fault really lies with the distributor. I would appreciate if you could alter the number of stars you gave us. That would be kind and fitting.

no mention of supplier, "voorraadfout in ons systeem" was the reason. But its someone elses fault of course:
