I have a 7 year old Matki One Quintesse shower enclosure and a few of the seals were a litttle worn and tired looking.

I emailed Matki and they very generously sent me a selection of seals that have enabled me to get the shower looking as good as new.

I'm most impressed with the excellent customer service.

I called Matki for technical support in connection with a problem that had developed with our Matki Elixir EX28 Shower. I can only describe my customer experience as superb, in fact one of the best customer service experiences I've had in my entire life - and I'm a wrinkly! The technical support person I spoke with, Esme, listened intently to understand the problem, asking relevant questions. Esme then followed through by providing a costed solution. Replacement parts ordered and paid for over the telephone and confirmed by follow-up email. Parts being dispatched as an urgent action. Brilliant! I could not ask for more.

Thank you Alan for fantastic after service visit. Excellent service, quality work, friendly and efficient. Replaced the faulty items, and went the extra mile fitted the seal properly and showed me how to clean the drain. Ewww

We needed a spare part and they had brilliant customer service and very reliable. Would highly recommend!

Following 15 years of use, our Matki shower required a new valve (and service kit). It was not in stock, but the manufacturer supplied, having tested the part.

The order was telephoned on Monday afternoon and arrived on Wednesday morning.

Our amazing shower is back in full working order again !

This review is to give recognition to the Matki technical department, specifically Josh for the brilliant support and advice over a number of calls this week. He understood and advised immediately on the issues I had.
Not often I make these kind of missives but felt the need to as I find these days the level of response they provided is rare.
ie. Quick, knowledgeable, very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful staff. Esme very good at advising me on the best way to proceed.

I had some problems with an older shower door. There were some bumps on the way, but at the end of the day, Matki have been extremely helpful, friendly and supportive in resolving the issues.

I emailed a request for information to remove the waste cover off our shower tray. Lucas emailed very good instructions very quickly. Problem solved. Excellent After Sales Service.

my mother had a new door installed .and was very happy with it she recently had a fall and broke one of the seals
I got a very poor response from the installer about spare parts .
so reached out to Matki the manufacturer who delivered a hole new set of seals the next day free of charge.
So a big thanks to Lucas from me and my mum above and beyond expected service.

Incredibly helpful! Quickly sourced all the spares I needed and clearly cared about providing great service.

We recently had a Matki shower door fitted to replace an existing door. They did an excellent job and left us with a bottle of cleaner and a cloth to maintain the glass. This has almost run out and I sent an email to the technical department to ask how to obtain a further bottle as it is an excellent product. I received a very prompt reply. Very satisfied with my experience with Matki.

I contacted Matki regarding a replacement seal for my shower, their Technical Department responded to me on the same day requesting further information which I sent immediately. Upon receipt of the information they sent me the part number and a number to ring their Customer Service which I did and received the same prompt and efficient service. I ordered the seal on Monday and received it on Wednesday of the same week. Very imoressed.

I needed to order some spare parts for our showers. Because the shop where we purchased our showers doesn’t keep the spare parts, I contacted Matki directly. They replied to my email within an hour and Lucas was really nice and helpful. Got my spare parts the next day. Very happy with the service I wouldn’t hesitate to use their service again.

I recently installed a Matki shower enclosure but found the door wasn’t closing properly. Matki offer a service whereby they will send out one of their own engineers to sort out installation problems or replace ageing parts. My daughter - who also has a Matki shower - had successfully used this service so I arranged an appointment. The engineer - Andy Bateman - was excellent. It turned out the problem was a faulty part, which he replaced under warranty. Having this service available is a huge benefit of choosing Matki showers

I have contacted Matki's after sales service a few times over the years and their customer service is really excellent. The agents respond very quickly and always let you know if the part you are looking to replace is under warranty or if not then they advise the relevant availability and cost. Today I contacted Lucas, who was polite and helpful and has arranged for the parts I need to be sent asap, under my warranty as well which was an added bonus!

Contacted Matki for advice on replacing an old corroded shower waste trap. Esme was very helpful and responded quickly with all the details for the replacement parts and costs. I proceeded to place an order with her on the Monday and everything arrived by Thursday. Very good customer service and would use again based on this experience.

Fitted some years ago but has had little use as in spare room en-suite.

Not for the first time the PLASTIC blocks which are the top roller assembly have failed. There is little support to the wheels which have sheared off.

Obviously poor design and not fit for purpose.

Yes! Matki say they will supply 2 x replacements
…. for….wait for it……£130.73 inc.vat !!!

2 Small plastic blocks and four plastic wheels, daylight robbery.

As it happens we have two main bathrooms about to be refurbished, in view of this poor response from Matki it is plain we will not be considering Matki!!

Terrible after sales!

I needed a spare part for our 18-year-old shower and within one day Esme had identified the part after I sent her a photograph. I have ordered the part and it will be with me very quickly.
She was absolutely brilliant, and when I rang back to Reception, they answered Very quickly before passing me through to Esme. I am delighted with the excellent service
