I bought a replacement part from Matki and after paying by credit bard over the phone, I was told I would NOT receive a confirmation email and their courier would contact me within 5 working days to deliver the part. After 6 working days I emailed Matki and found that they had sent the part to the wrong address (this is why confirmation emails are useful), as they had made a typo in my order. They said the part would be redelivered the next day, but no one called and nothing came. I emailed them again and hoping for the best, but when neither they nor their courier email to confirm details or delivery, it's inevitable things will go wrong.

Purchased a Matki EPQ Matki Eauzone Plus shower enclosure for a complete bathroom refit. The bathroom installer ran into difficulty with fitting the 10mm glass panels and frame and rang Matki customer services for help. David Lawrence Customer Services Manager liaised with the installer to understand the problems he was having and eventually it was agreed to send a Matki engineer to our house and complete the installation. As the customer I have to say that the service was exemplary and I would like to thank David and the technician Alan for their support and we now have an amazing shower to enjoy. Thank you Matki for going that extra mile with first class customer service.

Excellent after sales service. Patient and helpful on the phone and still happily supplying parts and technical support for a 15 year old enclosure. Even rushed some parts out to me on a Saturday so that I could get the job finished on time. Thanks Matki!

Not being able to find the item to purchase or remembering what the name of our shower is, I chatted with Lucas who guided me to the correct item to purchase. We encountered a problem with our Matki Eauzone plus sliding door shower enclosure that resulted in the sliding door not running freely or smoothly when opened or closed. We had purchased the shower enclosure more than 10 years ago, so the manufacturer’s warranty had expired but the company replaced the door’s faulty running mechanism free of charge. The service we received was superb and we now have a shower enclosure that is as good as new.

Excellent products (reviewing a glass shower) and fantastic after service in particular Josh in technical services. Not cheap - but you get what you pay for and worth it for the quality.

Speaking to someone - Esme - who spoke clearly and not too quickly (I'm hard of hearing) who was knowledgeable and wanted to make things easy which she did. At the end of the call, I was confident that I'd been looked after and my requests had been comprehensively met.
Esme was a terrific ambassador for Matki, so good.

Lucas From Technical Support was very helpful for me to get a bottom door seal for my shower (which is an old model).
After establishing the correct seal he gave me a reference number, price and phone number to order the part.
On ordering, Paul in Customer Service was very prompt and efficient and the purchase was done in a matter of minutes. I got a confirmation email very quickly.
I was very impressed how the personnel dealt with this matter

I have been in touch with Matki technical support department on a few occasions. They have always been responsive and helpful on all matters. On this occasion assistance to resolve shower door mechanism was extremely prompt and helpful. Even offering telephone assistance should our handyman require it. First class company to deal with.

I wanted a replacement seal I emailed Matki and Lucas from the Technical Support department identified the part I needed. I then rang Customer Support where Esme was clear, efficient and pleasant to deal with.

Received excellent, friendly and prompt service from Cameron. He responded to my email within the hour with the parts I needed. having struggled to find what i needed online.

Really helpful support from Matki customer service. We had a small issue that did not need a call out fixi g a hinge.
I was told how to take the hinge off and managed to replace it via parts on line.
