Matki Penta Shower Enclosure badly installed by shop fitter.
I have a Matki Penta Shower Enclosure installed 3.5 years ago. We have had constant problems ever since installation with the bottom door seals stripping and allowing leaks onto the floor. I have constantly complained to the bathroom store fitter who told me that the seals don't last long and the fitter despite making appointments never turns up. Over this period Matki customer service have replaced the seals free of charge on 3 occasions. I finally took this matter up with Matki who told me that the door hinges could be loose. When I explained my experience with the bathroom fitter Matki customer service sent one of their engineers to inspect my shower enclosure. The engineer completely checked it, he found that door seals were. badly installed, the hinges were not tight and he changed all of the seals. The shower enclosure now operates as intended with no more leaks. All of this was done with no charge and it is such excellent customer service from Matki for whichI am very grateful. Thank you Matki and I thoroughly recommend your Company.

The track broke on my MATKI shower…
The track broke on my MATKI shower door. I contacted them and it was handled so well. Initially I was told it would cost £650… but then the following day, after I had sent in photos, I was told there had been a design change a few years before. The door is very heavy for fairly flimsy plastic tracking. MATKI offered to replace it all, free of charge, and sent someone round the following week!
I have always bought MATKI and will continue to do so. Excellent quality and excellent customer service.
If only all companies were the same...
If only all companies were the same. I received same day responses to my queries (by email). The responses given were very informative, focussed and helpful. Then they offered a part I required (I was adapting a LH shower Screen to RH) for no charge and with free postage (there was no obligation or requirement to do this). The whole experience was very refreshing and relaxed. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I was struggling to source a new seal for my Matki shower door, so I emailed the Matki after sales team. They quickly sent me 3 new seals free of charge. I was so impressed by this excellent service, which is rare to experience these days. Thank you, a very happy customer 😊

You can see why this company has so many 5-star reviews and scores 4.7 on Trustpilot. It takes its customer service seriously both in initial sales and, most importantly, after sales. Such an approach builds loyalty and a positive brand reputation. My dealings with them related to a seal for the bottom of one of their hinged-glass shower doors. The issue was dealt with very promptly, professionally and to my total satisfaction. I highly recommend Matki.

Fabulous customer service. Joshua Stuart and Cameron went out of their way to help me. Matki is such a wonderful company to deal with. It was such a positive experience which is so rare nowadays! Excellent Customer Service
I have contacted customer service on two occasions and on both had a very positive experience.
The first contact was to order a replacement door which was damaged during installation. After explaining the problem a new door was despatched quickly at very reasonable cost.
The second was to replace two pieces of trim which were oversize. After providing a photo the new parts were dispatched quickly free of charge.
It is refreshing in this day and age to find a company that provides a high level of customer service.

What a fantastic company
What a fantastic company. Bought an [expensive] shower from the almost ten years ago and when a small, but crucial, part wore out many would have washed their hands. Not this lot - a lovely engineer, Andrew Bateman, came out, sorted issue calmly and with no fuss and quietly left, asking for no payment. Staggering in this day and age and I know where my next request for a shower will be going. Thank you guys.....

I contacted Customer Services to order 3 parts for my shower cubicle to refresh its look. Cameron was so helpful and after a chat and a photo sent to him for one of the parts, I had all three delivered within a couple of days.

Amazing customer service and an incredible quality of product.
Excellent service
I rang Matki on Friday, 31st October to enquire about replacement parts for a shower fitted in April 2017, and still within a 10 year guarantee. The gentleman I spoke to could not have been more helpful. He confirmed that they would supply the necessary parts, some from their premises and some from another company. I am now in possession of everything I was promised. All of that within 3 working days. Superb!
AVOID MATKI SHOWER TRAY…
We invested in a matki shower a little over 3 years ago and within a couple of years the acrylic shower tray has developed ugly yellow stains which have not improved with cig cleaning and gentle scouring (as recommended by matki). They have recommended referral to a specialist firm to sand down the base but as they point out this might affect drainage.
It really is unsatisfactory and I would advise readers to strongly avoid the matki shower tray and the company’s help has been negligible.
I’d like to add a photo but not sure I can on this site.
In light of the company's response I can categorically say no dyes or tanning products have ever been used, only liquid soaps and normal shower gels. We regularly clean the shower and it has not been neglected in any way.

We bought a Matki Continental Shower…
We bought a Matki Continental Shower Floor and what a mistake that was. it was described as a shower tray that could sit flush or sit proud of the floor.
The tray has been professionally installed and the water does not disperse from the poorly designed tray. The waste unit on the tray is designed according to Matki to accept 29 litres of water per minute and it does not even do half of this claimed amount, without flooding the room.
It now has to be removed and replaced.
Matki poor customer service were not interested in our issue and dismissed it out of hand, until our distributor was involved and to date this still has not been resolved.
BEWARE of buying this product as it is clearly not fit for the purpose in which it has been designed.
