This company is a complete SCAM. They advertise you get free chains. If you order one, it’s not sent. I’ve now also been charged 2 separate times for a chain that I never purchased. Nothing is delivered, they just steal your money. Avoid at all costs.

The 3mm necklace was sent to me wired tied together and the 5mm wasn’t included. You later sent the 5mm but haven’t replaced the 3mm. Also charged me twice for the products which I bought at a discount originally. Would I be refunded for the $64.87? I’m not impressed with how you conduct business and will not order again.

I had ordered $200 items from Australia I have not received any tracking id or any confirmation email also I am trying to contact them from 5 days continues but no reply refund me or provide me the items.

Got two chains for my husband but he doesn't want them. I asked for a return weeks ago and never heard back. Tried to contact the company again and no one got back to me.

As others have mentioned if you purchase something from this company or take advantage of a sale this company will enter you into a "rewards club" which has no benefits and charges you around $60/month.

Masion purposely makes it impossible to unsubscribe as there is no option on their website and is allergic to customer support emails.

I ordered a 3mm gold Cuban chain and a 5mm gold Cuban chain from this company about a month ago and only received the one 3mm gold chain and am not happy about it I would like to receive my 5mm Cuban gold chain or my money back thanks

Scam company!!! They bill you every month!! So sneaky these scammers

Scam!!! Do Not Buy From This Company. They will sneak in a random membership and they will randomly charge you.

I received the wrong item after ordering. I have tried contacting them multiple times about this issue but they have stopped responding. I have still not received my purchased item after over 2 months.

Everything they promised was wrong. I have been sending emails for the last two weeks. They were suppose to give me a free item. I never received that. And I also didn’t get my one chain with the medallion. I am so disappointed and will never purchase another item at this website. Then after sending a email the second time asking who can help me. They charge me for the member ship fee. Who the hell does that!!??? It’s a complete scam. Even after all this I still have yet to be contacted by tech support team regarding my issue. Up yours masion!

Scam company. They sneak in a rewards program during purchase that will bill you every month, there is no infomation on their site to tell you this until you find a charge on your card. Terms of service SECTION 19-21 tells you agree to paying and can cancel to the subsciption by contacting support but you're lucky if support even replies to your e-mail.

Terrible experience. My order was sent to an incorrect address and when I reached it CONSTANTLY to the customer service email I was only answered once by Nick (Masion Team Member) and then completely ignored for weeks now. I would recommend a tooth removal before I suggest anyone use this scam of a company

I purchased a necklace that was too small. I reached out via e-mail requesting an exchange. They replied requesting an image of the item I purchased and the order number which I completed immediately. It has now been almost a month since then and I have four follow up emails that they ignored. There is no number to call, and they refuse to help. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

Scam, random charge of 60 dollars for no reason. No response

Ordered over a month ago and still have not received item. They enrolled me in some club and charged me $60. I have contacted them multiple times about both issues and have not received a response

This is an email I sent to customer service. I do not expect a response since this company seems to intentionally ghost its customers.

"I was recently charged $64.87 to my account and I wish to have this refunded. I believe this is related to the rewards club which I did not even realize I joined when I made my first purchase. I also received none of the benefits of being in the club such as $100 store credit or the jewelry cleaner as advertised.

I have sent 2 customer service reports in the past directly on the website over a month ago and still have not heard back and I could not find a way to contact the advertised 24/7 customer support via phone. I am still waiting to receive my other gold chain that did not arrive with the rest of my original order. I was also charged shipping and handling for the original order even though site wide it's advertised that all purchases include free shipping and handling."

The chain I got I actually like (so far) but that does not make up for the fact that it was $86.87 for the chain instead of the "FREE CHAIN" as advertised.
