Never received product It takes forever to get in touch with someone. I have yet to receive my product ordered.They charged me for the membership even thought I requested to be removed after being given the membership without knowing. Overall it has been soo horrible dealing with the customer service it’s horrible sadly a 0 can’t be given. I wish they had a number to answer to but they do not it’s only emails responds to emails maybe every couple of weeks if your lucky or none @ all. They still owe me over $100 in refunds and I have not heard anything from them in a month or so. This is horrible I just want my money back for wasting soo much time and energy trying to reach out.

SCAMMERS. Be aware of this company and DO NOT give them your card information or purchase anything from them.

My purchase was missing 2 items and they charged me $52.99 immediately after my purchase which I did not authorize and when I emailed them, they did not reply until my second email and they said there is nothing they can do. A month later I get charged $65 randomly. I did not go on their website or purchase anything else and I randomly got charged $65. I’m disputing both the charges. Be careful they are scammers and the quality of whatever items I received aren’t good at all. I gave the necklace and the bracelet away.

Like other reviewers, I was have been charged US$60 put of nowhere a month after making my initial purchase.
No response from customer service, so I'm in the process of disputing the transaction.

Do not order!!! Say it’s a free chain with paid delivery. Then they take another £50 out your bank the next month

This company is a scam. Do not purchase anything as they “sign” you up for their rewards club which is a reoccurring subscription to their low quality products. They do not respond to requests via their website. Whatever you do avoid them at all costs.

Very low quality, IMPOSSIBLE to get a refund, and the size aint as big as it should be. Would absolutly not recommend buying this at all cost! DO NOT!

SCAM COMPANY. PROMISED A FREE CHAIN, SO I ORDERED MORE FROM THEM WITH THAT ORDER, RING CAME BUT NO CHAIN AS PROMISED. Customer service ignored my emails

I did not receive my entire order, plus the quality is very poor. I will never shop here again. Not recommended at all. They also charged me a non-existent fee 1 month after my purchase.

Ordered a gold chain which was supposed to be 18in long but the one received was way shorter. The quality is absolutely garbage and the clasp is super low quality, it pokes you while wearing, I wish I had read the reviews first, would give zero star if possible. Reached out to them via email, got no response

Terrible, automated responses, package stuck in NY and not moved, I can get it faster if I drove there. Not worth it at all! Lucky only out shipping

Signed me up for a rewards club without consent and are making it impossible for me to get a refund or cancel. There is no information about this anywhere on their website.

I think the quality of the product is not promoted . I would avoid it .
The customer service is not addressing my issue . The free product that was promised was not included in the package . Also , when I request for an exchange , the replied email was generic and kept not addressing the issue . Till now , the issue is not resolved . Avoid , there are plenty of company who does similar and better product

Unethical and despicable company. They sell things for seemingly very cheap then unbeknowst to you they sign you up for a 60$ subscription that gets you nothing. Terrible customer service. Didn't respond and they even managed to get PayPal to refuse my case. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS

Scam don’t do it, they charge you full price 3 weeks after delivery it’s all fake. SCAM AVOID

Complete scam, customer service does not respond after sending the wrong product. Company states they charge a restocking fee for returns and does not prepay for return shipping. Worst of all, the company tries to bill your card weekly after getting your info. Do not buy, do not fall for this scam.

When I got home from work, it was nowhere to be found even tho it said it was delivered.

They charged me for something I never ordered and haven’t replied to my email about it, not a good company to deal with.
