This company is a sham, scam and everything in between. This 1 star reviews below are real and serve as a warning. Please do not fall for the scam of free chain and checkout with that rewards membership you are forewarned about that will charge you the following month. Yes they will not answer emails, yes this is a scam, yes the chains are trash all beneath this aura of “Join the Yacht Club” “ultra premium men’s jewelry” its Quarter machine jewelry quality, not marked whatsoever, no premium feel to it. Do yourself the service of going to GLD or Jaxxon. MASION do better, suck less and give me and everyone else our money back! You can’t even hold your side of the bargain for your membership club!

They enrolled me in a $64 club thing I did not authorize. They won’t reply to my emails asking for a refund.

Thieves , scam dont buy , they’ll enroll you in a reward club membership without telling you and charge you the next month without notice … and wont answer your email for the refund

Scam company. They advertise free product but add in a hidden monthly subscription fee after. Do not buy from this company.

As others mention, this is a scam. They automatically enroll you in a "rewards program" advertised to provide warranty, support, etc. But then they charge you $64/month. I never subscribed to anything, never created an account, never authorized them to charge my card. I have emailed demanding a refund but others mention there are no replies. We'll see.

This is a scam. They charge you $1 then refund it to get your credit card info. Then they automatically sign you up for a mystery monthly subscription and charge your card. Customer support is non existent. Stay away or be prepared to cancel your card.

THIS IS A SCAM they are charging me 64.87 a month for nothing. Whoever they are they are cloaking themselves somehow so they can't be tracked. I might reach out to the FBI for this

As others have mentioned, on your order it will show a FREE rewards club which is selected by default which is actually a monthly subscription. It will renew with NO advanced notice and opportunity to cancel for $60.

They agreed to cancel it and refund the subscription as it is deceptive and happens with no warning. However, refund was not receive and PayPal also refused to help.

Insane that this business is able to do this.

The jewelry itself was listed as gold plated, but the quality seemed so low that I don’t believe that is the case. It looked so bad I threw it away and was just going to take the loss, but now that they have thrown on this hidden subscription I will do everything I can to get my money back..

The charge was 139.99, it charged my card twice for 124.99 and then 69.99. Not only that but when I tried to track the order with both the order number or the tracking number the order apparently did not exist. I emailed support many times with no help. First answer they told me the charge was 139.99... wich I know but my card was charged twice for two diffrent prices. They still have yet to answer my email about the non existent order. 100000% fraudulent

Please take me off the subscription.
