I have been told I am the only person who found the phrase "Non EU VAT free" misleading on the website.
I am a UK citizen who perused the web looking for a hi fi product i wanted. I found the product in the UK but on a site that didn't have great reviews, and I found it on this site. Mistakingly, i thought the above phrase meant i wouldn't have to pay VAT in the UK. Silly, maybe, but i was misled, therefore just in case there are similarly silly people like me around, especially in the UK. Beware, this means that Euro VAT is free for Non EU members, NOT UK VAT. I did suggest they they change the wording but I don't think that went down well. Just shows that you need to be ever vigilant these days, especially as some Chinese websites now include customs and VAT in the prices.

The Company have fully understood my position and have addressed this on the website. I am now very happy with the customer service and obvious commitment to customer satisfaction this Company has.

I recently purchased the Holo Audio Serene KTE and I’m extremely satisfied with both the product and the overall experience with Magna Hifi.

The Serene KTE is simply exceptional. It delivers a very natural, transparent and highly musical sound. The resolution and microdetail are impressive, yet never fatiguing. What stands out the most is the sense of ease and realism — instruments and vocals feel truly lifelike. It integrates perfectly into my system and elevated the overall performance significantly.

Build quality is also top-notch, as expected from Holo Audio.

Magna Hifi provided excellent service throughout the process. Communication was smooth, professional, and helpful, and the order was handled quickly and reliably.

The Singxer SU-6 was despatched quickly and via DPD, the customs duty collection service of which was smooth and quick. I was kept informed. Perhaps more importantly, the SU-6 is a really good piece of equipment. It is a touch more analogue-sounding (with a USB input from my audio-fettled fanless computer) than my Matrix X-SPDIF 2 with some things. When the SU-6 is good, it is really good.

Decent price, great service, and very helpfull.

I decided to add an exterior DAC to my hi-fi system, not to stream but to hook up to my Moon Audio 260D CD player and by-pass it's DAC.

Didn't know where to start but consulted a hi-fi savvy and knowledgeable friend. He recommended the Holo Audio Cyan 2 as he already has the Holo Spring model.
Duly ordered online and the ordering process was simple, as was dealing with the Import Duty as the product is shipped from EU.
Delivery took only a few days and it came very securely packed. My knowledgeable pal took care of the installation and I was set to go.

Instructions were to allow 250 hours run-in time to achieve peak performance, so patience was required. Kept it hooked up to the CD player on repeat for 15 hours a day mostly without amplification but it was interesting to monitor the improvements from time to time.
End result is a sound that I would never have thought possible via a digital source (my CD player). I'm so impressed that I have temporarily suspended playing vinyl.
The sound is now way more dynamic, detailed and warm than previously, which results in hearing some familiar albums with much more involvement.

I get the impression that Magna Hi-Fi and their founders Rob and Jos, genuinely care about their products and customer satisfaction. Rare in these times.
