The service representative I spoke with when setting up my account and getting started was incredible! I forgot his name though! I spoke with him on 4/23/26 starting at 11:45 am EST and he was so friendly and helpful, it made it so easy for decide to join! He really understood what I was needing for my beagle Pumpkin and was kind and really wanted to make sure he helped me as much as possible. I wish all customer service reps could be as awesome as him! I am so sorry I forgot his name!!

DogAcademy provided an excellent experience from start to finish. The training instructions were clear, easy to follow, and very effective. I really appreciated how everything was broken down step by step, which made it simple to stay consistent and see real progress. The staff and support were also very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions. What stood out most was how practical and positive their approach is—it really focuses on building a strong bond with your dog while teaching important skills. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in my dog’s behavior, and I feel much more confident as an owner. I would definitely recommend DogAcademy to anyone looking for reliable and well-structured dog training.

If I could give no stars I would. Buyer beware! I purchased 3 one hour sessions and received one 3 hour service from an extremely unknowable trainer. My rescue dog is highly reactive and was look for some help with this matter. I am a 70 year old female that has trained many dogs and horses so I am far from stupid. This rescue had me stumped and that is why I reached out. The answer I received from the trainer was to walk him separately. Not the answer to the problem! I later reached out to the company and expressed my frustration. This person said she would reach out to higher ups to see if she could get me 3 one hour sessions, that was a month ago and still have heard nothing.

Excellent course, I recommend it to everyone. Good price, helpful, and dog-friendly training lessons. Thank you so much for everything!

I just spike with Shelby and she said my trainer did not want to do train. Someone at dog academy is lying at trainer just called and indicated she spoke with a man last week who would work to accommodate. Some one a dog academy is lying. Do not use dog academy. No they lie.

Astonishing level of customer support. I had an upcoming flight and asked alexis to expedite our video review, which she did twice in one day. Was so friendly and understanding and helped us get our pup on our flight with us the next day. The reviewer even agreed to stay a little late to review our videos. They were so genuine and nice, couldnt have nicer things to say.

I had an amazing experience with DogAcademy! I spoke with Jeremy, and he was absolutely outstanding. He was kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people, and Jeremy definitely goes above and beyond.

His customer service was top-notch, and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Honestly, he deserves a raise for how well he represents the company! If all staff are like him, you’re in great hands.

This course was incredibly valuable; I learned SO MUCH. I appreciated the self-paced design. I'm elderly living alone with a tendency for panic attacks. I found I could not get through a lesson and exam in one sitting. Given that, I have a suggestion for those like myself. Maybe there was a link (and I missed it?) to continue with the course after exiting and returning later. I was scrolling through prior lessons to finally reach the 'current'. Thank you so very much! My dog and I have progressed well to the instructions you've provided.

The courses were very clear and easy to follow. It makes what appears to be a difficult task, obtainable. Everything we learned is helpful and necessary to be a PSD. Having a PSD will be important to my life.
